(For Littles) Self Love
Episode description
Today we are diving into SELF LOVE! I am 20 years old and I am just now starting to practice this and I want our kids to understand this concept sooner than I did! I want our kids to have self love as a tool for when others have not so loving things to say they are strong enough inside to handle it! We have a fun visual example of the fall trees and we are connecting the concept of fall changes to human changes! Lastly, we are sharing the affirmation of looking in the mirror and saying, "I love you just the way you are"! I hope the kids love this and I hope it can become apart of their routine!
