In today’s PEP TALK I want to give you a little re-frame that I think will help you if you feel ANXIOUS, or have anxiety about FUTURE things you can’t control, or feel like you are worrying a lot right now that’s helping me in real time. 

As humans we are GIFTED this BEAUTIFUL IMAGINATION— but right now as a collective group, I’m noticing instead of IMAGINING EXCITEMENT or HAPPINESS IN THE FUTURE, we are often using our imagination To fear the future because the world feels HEAVY. 

So let’s talk ALL about that today!
