Today we are diving into a topic that I think is SO important--- the concept of LEAVING, or TRANSITIONING.

- WHY I DON’T THINK “LEAVING” something is a BAD THING ….. IF YOU LOVE YOUR REASON.
- WHY WE ARE SOCIALIZED TO THINK LEAVING is a “FAILURE” or “INCOMPLETE” & that might not be SERVING US
- WHY THE, “HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT’S RIGHT FOR ME TO LEAVE?” QUESTION—might not be working for you.
