 One of the things that I have been practicing in 2021 is showing up in a pretty real and raw form. And I sense that we are all craving that authenticity these days. In this episode, join me as I process through something that happened last week, the memories and emotions that it triggered, and the beautiful truth that emerged as I worked through it.

Here we are going to be talking about what we are holding. We are going to be talking about death and grieving. And we are going to be talking about what is preventing us from actually receiving the thing that we need. The thing that is good and true and ours.

Join me in asking the question, “What is it that you are holding onto, and what might you be missing receiving because of that?”  What beauty might occur if we could let go?
