He also shares his plan to get more savvy with utilizing business credit or cash and to try and get a very low-interest loan to pay the rent and security deposit without using his own money.

Finally, Niyi emphasizes the importance of anticipating the next step when investing in real estate, including having everything guaranteed in the lease and being prepared for unforeseen circumstances. He suggests that investing in a property with a three-year lease is a great starting point to build financial wealth.
