64. Investing even in Increasing Interest Rates and Strategies in Financing Real Estate

This strategy allows investors to put down less money on an investment and keep the rest of the money in their pocket for future investments while also saving on monthly rates.

Another strategy Niyi suggests is looking at DSCR loans, which consider the rent to income ratio and allow investors to put down as little as 15% to buy an investment property even in today's market. This is a great option for those with income restrictions or a high debt to income ratio.
