Asma says she’s a control freak- “everything had to be perfect and my way!”. She’s a Go-getter always outdoing herself, she makes results. With that type of personality and mentality, she put so much pressure on herself, once she let go of that mindset, she let go of the stress she added to her body - that was 50% of what helped her get pregnant. The other 50% was the physical process.
