When it comes to feeding our babies there is so much information out there - when to wean off milk, when to introduce solids, what foods to stay away from... it can all be a bit much.

So today we're discussing our approach to feeding our little ones, when we knew it was time to introduce new foods & how we stayed calm through the whole process.

Then later in the ep, we chat to Sh*tter Gemma who's one of those people that when she does something, she'll do it perfectly. Gem unpacks the different approaches she took with her two young girls & why she changed things up the 2nd time round.
