Cancer is the second leading cause of death – only surpassed by heart disease in the United States. Let’s look at our top 3 cancer killers:
Lung Cancer – smoking & second hand smoke, physical inactivity, poor nutrition
Colorectal: smoking, physical inactivity, alcohol, obesity, poor nutrition
Breast: Obesity,physical inactivity, alcohol, smoking
