Dr Carrie Ruxton who is a dietitian for Health & Food Supplements Information Service (HSIS).


New data from the (HSIS) reveals that the UK is lacking the recommended daily requirements of eight key nutrients. These nutrients include Vitamin D, folate, calcium, magnesium, selenium, iron, iodine and omega-3.


Dr Ruxton provides insight on which age groups are suffering the most, and why, and also provide their top ten tips on taking the right amount of the key nutrients.
