Multipliers: Part 1

Can people "play" their biggest around you? In other words, do you bring out the best in the people you manage, your teammates, your children? If so, you might be a multiplier. Multipliers are people that make others feel smart and capable and they get the most out of the people around them. In this first part of a series of episodes on multipliers, we discuss what a multiplier is, what a diminisher is (hint: the opposite of a multiplier), and some of the behaviors of a multiplier.
