Scott holds a 5th-degree black belt and has dedicated the past 30 years to practicing and teaching Aikido. Notably, he spent 10 of those years as an Uchi-Deshi, or live-in student, with Shihan David Brown.
In this conversation, Scott gives us his perspective on Aikido as a martial art, from its training methodologies, philosophy, and practical application.
