Due to a recent death in my family it trigger me to realized I need to elaborate on what I do when I work with people. 
The this all came to mind wasn't about 'what I do' that is unique but rather that people should have this kind of data analysis available to them uniformly through our health care system as a given. Clearly this is not the case.
