Episode description

Today on the show I wanted to talk about taking responsibility for your mental health. What does that mean? Well, simply put, in most cases your life is not anyone else's responsibility. Yes, that sounds harsh but that's the reality we live in. If we let ourselves go, don't find the right support, don't learn more about yourself and refuse to grow then we'll most definitely be doomed to deal with more difficult aspects of mental illness. I talk a little bit about comparing mental health to being born into a family below the poverty line and that not being an excuse to throw your hands up and give up. There's a lot to break down here, so I hope you'll join me!
