Last week, Joe put all the leftover crawfish tail meat in the freezer and Aislynn made a list of all the crawfish dishes she wanted to be made. Joe starts at the top of the list with Crawfish Chowder, served with grilled cheese sandwiches and salad. Served to a tableful of teens, the chowder is excellent, but Aislynn calls Joe's grilled cheeses out!
