From the very first CHIME meeting ever where the focus was a pivotal shift toward patient experience to improving provider/vendor relationships and a commitment to “service leadership”, Ed shares his CHIME journey. Ed believes that with mentorship, “what goes around comes around”. “Learn, share, and give to others, and it all comes back.”
