227:Why are we seeing more “made with bioengineered ingredients” on food packages? HINT: Nothing has changed with the ingredients—the law has changed! Companies are now required to disclose if their products contain or are made with GMOs (whereas, in the past, it was not mandatory to disclose this). Today, I’m going over how to spot a non-GMO item, even if it’s not certified “non-GMO,” and tips to help you make the best decision for you and your family while grocery shopping.
