Ep. 14: Deep Healing with Plant Medicine

On today’s episode I’m sharing my journey of when I sat in ceremony, for the first time, with the plant medicine, Ayahuasca. This ritual, when done with intention and gratitude can be SO life-changing and was an immensely profound and deeply healing experience for me. It highlighted a lot about my relationships and guided me to some strong realizations about the importance of feeling chosen, connecting and honoring our ancestry, and the beauty of truly giving and receiving someone’s love. Join me as I get as vulnerable as I can to share the many insights I gained and the lasting impact I know this will have on my life and everyone who is in a relationship with me.
