This week we speak with a dear friend and client of ours, Audrey Castonguay. In her twenties, Audrey founded and built Wholesome Culture, a multimillion dollar apparel company, from the ground up. We have an honest conversation about her struggles with burnout and chronic pain, and what she had to face in order to heal and lead a life she truly desires.
