There was no episode February 1st... I was sick as I don't know what and didn't even have the energy to push the record button.
With that said, I've spent the last week contemplating how my recent bout with the common cold, or flu has caused me to reflect on my grief recovery process. Sometimes I don't think I give myself enough time to recover and I suffer longer than necessary.
