Video Killed the Audio Star?

With 20+ Pluralsight courses under my belt, I am looking for ways to shake things up. Should I add live video to my courses to better engage with learners and give them a face to match the voice? Or should I stick with the status quo, since things seem to be going fine. I'm in a pickle!
