Facebook Down Schadenfreude

The Book of Face is going into its fourth hour of being down. I'm tempted to laugh maniacally and cite karma, but I also have to remember that more than Zuck's bottom line is impacted. Ops folks are struggling, users are unable to connect with each other, and authentication to other sites is probably impacted. Empathy is the name of the game folks.
