This episode features 3x All-American and 2013 NCAA Champion Joe Rau. After wrapping up a great collegiate career at Elmhurst College, Joe Rau jumped right into the Greco-Roman scene and continued his success at the senior level. Joe Rau is a 2x world team member for Team USA and is looking to make the olympic team at 87 KG in 2021. This episode is our longest yet! Rau dives into how he got into wrestling, moving to the Illinois RTC, his growth as a wrestler during his college days, representing the United States and much more.
