Three-time All American and Two-time NCAA Champion Seth Ecker joined the show. Ecker was recently announced as the new assistant coach for the Colorado School of Mines. Ecker competed for Ithaca College and has has some amazing mentors in the sport of wrestling since he became a coach at the DIII, DII, and DI level. A fun conversation with a passionate individual about the sport of wrestling and someone who really honed in on getting better every year, as an athlete and a coach.
