How do you define family? Is it based on your relatives, people you have chosen as family, or some amalgamation of the two? Today Dr. Dom and Terri are discussing the complexities of navigating familial relationships and what happens when we decide those relationships are abusive or not in alignment with who we are. The ladies also provide us with tips on how to cultivate community family or community when we are not physically and/or emotionally close to our family of origin.
