A 4-year-old girl is dead in Milwaukee after being shot with a weapon insecurely stored under pillows. Mom claims her one-year-old was holding the gun. An 18-year-old American woman is under arrest in Paris after allegedly throwing her newborn from a hotel window, killing the baby. Drew Nelson reports.
