Authorities in Oregon are on the lookout for a possible copycat wanna-be CEO killer after a prominent insurance bigwig's house is sprayed with bullets. 

A Phoenix teen says cops encouraged his dad to beat him. Now, he's suing the department for a half-million bucks. Plus, a Florida man's revenge plot fails...now, he's in jail!  Jennifer Gould reports.
