059: Promote, Fill, Repeat

Three steps come to mind when we think about what it takes to have a successful group program:

1. Promote
2. Fill
3. Repeat. 

The first thing you have to do to fill a group program is to get better at promoting in a way that is authentic, aligned, sustainable, consistent, and easy for you to do.

Once you get good at promotion, your next step is to fill your program. This is where the cornerstone, the foundation of ​The Messy Middle comes into play.
