Susan McNamara, founder of “Remembering What Matters Most,” is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, Journeydance Guide, Partner, Mom, Educator, Writer, Collaborator. She is also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and is trained and educated at the doctoral level in Clinical Psychology. In this episode, Susan talks about attitude and mindset, the breath, the starting point and presence, the power of nature, her love of food and cooking. She opens up about her doctoral chase, breaking free, and taking a leap back home to herself, her family, her core values, and her purpose.
