Today's episode is filled with sports updates as the boys discuss the World Juniors (as one half tried to forget) and then dive into the NFL Super Wild Card Weekend and all the glory that entailed (spoiler alert: only Spongebob's appearances were memorable). Vitamin Thoughts encounters Colorado Underwood as his vacation turns red and blue while his group witnessed a car get absolutely destroyed by a girl with a crowbar on a mission. Uncle Squishy joins for Kangaroo Court where spoilers get ruled on and as per usual, #VitaminThoughts segment closes out the episode
