“Create the environment to create. The more fertile the space, the more fertile the mind. I spend most of my days in a converted shipping container surrounded by books. A womb to gestate ideas into reality. To nurture thought into action. A chalkboard to jot ideas, log dreams, track goals and sometimes just draw. Images that free my mind. Inspire new creations. A microphone to record my thoughts. Dozens of fat markers, pens, spray paint cans. Too many notebooks and journals to count, dating back two decades. And a door that shuts — insulating me from the background noise of the world beyond. My environment is meticulously constructed to foster what I’m here to do. Think. Devise. Design. Develop. Shape. Build. But most all, to serve. Put intention into your personal space. Create the environment to create.”
