46. Proving Yourself to Experts as a Young Speaker

Today, I'm finally sharing something that I've used for my entire professional career. I started speaking when I was just 17 years old, and so everyone immediately saw me as just a kid and not an expert in my field. And at 21 now, that still happens almost everywhere I go. So in this episode, I'm breaking down how I've "proven myself" and gained respect from older people with more experience and knowledge than me.
