Episode description

In this Part 2 episode Robin and Chris continue their conversation with Stevie, who is Host of her own podcast, “Queer Story Time, The Podcast”. Stevie, a queer, trans femme yoga therapist, and gender & sexuality educator, together with Robin & Chris, discuss how cultural conditioning has shaped our lives and what's required of us to healing  & liberate ourselves.

In this episode, you will learn…

  • The importance of having a more solid understanding of who we are and being okay with it.
  • That finding that thing that gives you that inner spark and deep level of connection to yourself is all a part of establishing a solidness to your being.
  • How our coming out journey is one of ‘uncovering’, ‘discovering’ and ‘recovering’ our true nature, our highest selves.
  • Yoga is the cessation of the movement of the mind; we use yoga to liberate ourselves from our suffering by finding space between our thoughts.
  • Each of us can play a part in reducing my own suffering.

I wish to publicly apologize to BOTH Dr. Michelle Cromwell & Dr. Jampa Wurst, two of Stevie Inghram’s guests from her podcast, (Queer Story Time), who were both mentioned by Chris & I in this 2-part episode of Coming Out Late. We accidentally and incorrectly misgendered them both by using the incorrect pronouns. BOTH Dr. Michelle Cromwell & Dr. Jampa Wurst go by They/Them pronouns. My deepest, heartfelt apology to you both, AND to you Stevie!
