I’ll break down the key structures of the knee, including the ACL, MCL and meniscus, and explain how they support your movement on court. Plus, I’ll share the biggest risk factors for knee injuries - like knee valgus and poor landing mechanics - and give you a step-by-step guide to strengthening your knees, improving your stability and reducing your injury risk.
