Getting REAL About the Longest Open House with Kyle Olson
Episode description
Some people have really good ideas, but never do anything with them.
That's not today's guest, Kyle Olson. Kyle has really good ideas and takes action.
Three years ago Kyle started the Longest Open House, a fundraising event to honor his father who died from Alzheimer's Disease. His idea was that he could combine his work as a Real Estate Agent with The Longest Day, a national event put on by the Alzheimer's Association. His idea was the Longest Open House.
So for the past three years, Kyle's event has broken the world's record for the Longest Open House, and he's well on his way to raising $100,000 for his cause.
In this episode, Kyle talks about this year's event, scheduled for June 23-25, 2023, when he is setting out to break his own record with a 64-hour marathon.
