Author and Entrepreneur Brad Szollose and I have a lot in common. We've both been on a personal development journey most of our lives.

But we also have differing ways of putting our learning into the world. 

Brad is an author, and his book Liquid Leadership tells some of what he's learned about generational understanding and how that can affect companies. 

He took his fourth company, a tech company, public and ended up selling it, and used much of what he learned from that experience to help other organizations learn and best understand the different characteristics of generational leadership.

Brad is a graduate of the Landmark Forum (as am I), and also utilizes spiritual practices in his work.
