Freedom and Boundaries

We’ve all heard the conventional wisdom that to run a successful business, you need to “put the right people on the right seats on the bus.”  Unfortunately, that advise ignores a more important element of business success.  Before you arrange the people, you must have the bus in good condition.  That means the systems and structure of an organization must effective and efficient.  One way to think about that is to view it through the perspective of freedom and boundaries.
