Everyone knows that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. If you want to see change, you have to get out there and advocate for it. Mindy Smith joins Mark and Josh to talk about ways to get involved in lobbying for the interests of community pharmacy and speaking to your local representatives (Donuts preferred, but not required). Mindy is the Vice President of Professional Affairs at Tabula Rasa HealthCare. She is passionate about the advancement of medication safety and giving pharmacists the tools they need to identify and prevent adverse drug events (ADEs). Pharmacists have the knowledge, they just need the right technology to help them apply it.
