In today's episode we chit chat about all the unknowns in life during COVID and the mixed emotions, excuses, struggles and growth that have come along with it. We talk about understanding our stressors and how important it is to take action - to face it, own it, respond to it in a positive way and move forward. We also touch on mom guilt and how we have to just let it go. We're mom enough but we can't give them everything they need..... And then we start to dream up our plans for the summer even though we have no idea what the future holds. Listen in !!
