Personal Accountability, A Skill or Something Else?

Why can't everyone take responsibility like we do? Yea, why can't they? 

Listen and see if you agree with Juan's take. That wee may be thinking about it all wrong if.  Personal accountability is less a skillset and more so a bi-product of someone know what they want to work hard at. 

Or we may be dead wrong.

However, if you're stuck with someone who's not owning their decisions; maybe take it upon yourself to try a new way to shift their mindset.
