#208 Flood The Floor

Dealerships are always trying to find ways and methods to sell more cars yet we continue to use the tried and sometimes true method of inceasing salespeople to increase sales numbers.  As this can work sometimes, I believe it's taking the easy way and not the best way.  Maybe another method may be to get back to basics and start training and hiring top talent.  Listen up and tell me what you think.
