Coach Kevin discusses managing the needs of a wide variety of runners. What type of runner are you? Find out what you can do to optimize your training.

  • How do running coaches tailor training plans to accommodate beginners, intermediate runners, and advanced athletes?
  • One size does NOT fit all. 
  • Runners don’t know what they don’t know.  So many mistakes to be made and lessons to be learned.  So many of those mistakes can be minimized or avoided with a good, experienced coach.
  • Running does not have to be dreadful. Runners do not HAVE to get injured. Learn to avoid many of the pitfalls and trapdoors. The goal is to become a lifelong runner.
