Imagine that you are a photographer, or a painter who wants to capture the perfect scene to express the emotion of peace or peacefulness. What visuals would you use to evoke that serene feeling of deep seeded peace? Think about it for a minute, picturing the scene in your mind's eye, or imagination. In this scene is where today's podcast is taking place. Here in your personal serenity, your imagined peaceful place. This is your inner journey’s destination. 

During this peaceful inner journey, we use deep relaxation, breathwork, visualization and surrendering to serenity techniques. Follow along with the music and my voice as we complete the journey together. As we proceed, listen for any messages of guidance that might float in now or arrive through silence, signs and symbols in the next few days. Know that you can travel to this place of inner peace as often as you like...and that it is always here for you as you drop down into your heart space and tune in... call it into existence. 

Calling in peacefulness, calling in guidance. Call in relaxation. Go on this peaceful, inner journey. Call it in. “Call IT in with Dar!”

Imagine that you are a photographer, or a painter who wants to capture the perfect scene to express the emotion of peace or peacefulness. What visuals would you use to evoke that serene feeling of deep seeded peace? Think about it for a minute, picturing the scene in your mind's eye, or imagination. In this scene is where today's podcast is taking place. 

Here in your personal serenity, your imagined peaceful place. This is your inner journey’s destination. Let's begin by turning off all distractions, closing all tabs and finding a comfortable position where you can listen to my voice and follow along easily as the music plays. Take some nice, calm, deep, relaxing breaths and consciously relax your body from head to toe. Loosen your scalp... you might try some gentle hair pulling or draw tiny circles with your fingertips. Next, move to your forehead... raise and lower your eyebrows. Keep your breathing slow and gentle. Moving your attention to your eyes. Gently shut your eyelids and roll your eyes up to the heavens as you relax further and further into relaxation. You might even see a golden light similar to the sunrise from behind your eyelids. Relaxing even deeper. Gently pinch and tug on your ear lobes. Do this about three times. It's amazing how relaxing that can feel... right? 

Next, clench and relax, clench and relax your jaw a few times. Keep your breathing rhythmic as you travel down to the rest of your body. Relaxing each section... neck, shoulders, upper back, relaxing more and more. Chest, upper arms, elbows, lower arms. wrists, fingers...you might even shake your hands a little and relax deeper and deeper. Consciously relax your rib cage, upper stomach, middle back, lower back abdomen, hips, thighs, deeper and deeper. Knees, calves, ankles and feet relaxing more and more. Your body is beginning to feel like a rag doll... softened, relaxed, deeper and deeper. All tension worries, negativity and debris have been pushed down your body and are flowing out the soles of your feet into Mother Earth to be recycled. Feel all that tension and negativity flow out from the bottom of your feet. Reflect back on your breathing gently and calmly.

Now let's change up your breath work by breathing peacefulness in through your mouth. and as you breathe out from your nose, feel the peacefulness flow into your body and feel any blocks or obstacles flow out away from you...pushing them out your nose. Now let's add the following affirmation to the breathing pattern… “I allow peacefulness to flow in me”. Breath in the mouth and swallow and “through me” on the out breath.” I allow peacefulness to flow in me”. In breath through the mouth and “through me” on the out breath from the nose. “I allow peacefulness to flow in me” in through the mouth. can swallow it down into your body and through me out breath. Going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Repeat the affirmation and the breathing. Well, I'll do one more together... “I allow peacefulness to flow in me and through me: Repeat the breathing on your own, falling deeper and deeper into peaceful relaxation.

Let's check in on your physical body again, from head to toe. Are you relaxed? Are you focusing only on the affirmation and your breathing? Allowing peacefulness to flow in and flow through and anything that is not peaceful is being pushed out away from you. “I allow peacefulness to flow in me and through me.” Repeat again on your own, becoming more peaceful and relaxing deeper and deeper.” I allow peacefulness to flow in me and through me.” “I allow peacefulness to flow in me and through me.” Let's check in on your mind. Is it totally focused on our affirmation? Allowing peacefulness to flow in and through is the breathing pattern consistent in through the mouth, out through the nose. Great, that focused energy on breathing and affirmation is exactly where we want to be for total relaxation and peacefulness. In this next phase, let's drop from the mind where we just were checking on focusing, clarity and into your heart space, resuming regular, relaxed, breathing, taking the elevator or escalator or gently float down a set of stairs down into your heart space. Notice how it feels to be in this space. Warm, loved, nurtured, sheltered, protected, relaxed, comfortable. Now recall your earlier vision of what peace would look like if you were a painter or photographer. And then recreate that scene right here. 

Right now...slipping deeper and deeper into peacefulness and relaxation... recreate the scene as the music plays. You began to realize that in this special sanctuary, you are surrounded by compassionate energy, reminding you that you are never alone. Here in this place of peace, you are in the middle of a cosmic sacred circle. So relaxing, so comforting. so peaceful...guides, guardians, loved ones, angels, ancestors, the creator, animals, and nature spirits all surround you, within a divine bright way of life. Feel its warmth and the spiritual connection sit a moment in this stillness. Listening for any messages of guidance that might float in now or arrive through silence signs and symbols in the next few days. Know that you can travel to this place of inner peace as often as you like. And that it is always here for you as you drop down into your heart space and tune in. Call it into existence. 

Calling peacefulness, calling guidance. Call in relaxation. Go on this peaceful, inner journey. Call it in. “Call IT in with Dar!”
