A “Nourishing Chamber of Light.”
What did you think of when I said those words? How do you think that a Nourishing Chamber of Light might feel? Physical warmth, emotional compassion, spiritual connection and mental balance? We will explore all of these things in the following episode with a Nourishing Chamber of Light meditation or guided visualization, whichever phrase you prefer. It's created for your subconscious soul self, to experience healing on all levels, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
So, let's enter a Nourishing Chamber of Light together. Begin by taking a few nice, deep, relaxing breaths. Let your body melt into the chair where you are sitting. Imagine that the sky above you has opened up and beautiful divine light is shining down brighter and whiter than the sun. Imagine it coming down through the unknown solar system down through the known Solar System down through the building tops and tree tops down into the room where you are streaming warmly onto your crown warming up your scalp tingling and shining down into all of your hair follicles. Warming tingling connecting as it goes. You can imagine this Divine Light is similar to sunshine and that you have a ray that's just yours. Coming down from the heavens. Forming a tube around your body in front of you, behind you to your left to your right. A big golden cylinder of white, golden light transparent like a rainbow or a sparkling diamond. Feel it coming down over the other parts of your body. Forehead. eyelids as your eyes are gently closing. See the golden light behind your lids. This nourishing chamber is coming down in a compassionate ray of warmth... down into your nasal cavities and your cheeks, around the back of your skull. Down in around each ear. The top of your mouth your cheeks feel it down around the back of your head along the occipital ridge down your neck, relaxing, warming, Ting tingling as it goes down into your collarbone and shoulders. Down into your upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists and hands down into your chest area. Circling around your heart weaving in and out among your lungs and then down around each rib in your ribcage. Circling to your back and running up and down your spine down into your stomach area. Washing around your liver and spleen and then down around your stomach... down around your reproductive organs. In and around and down. Intestines down into your hips down around where your legs come into your body...upper thighs nourishing cleaning cleansing Chamber of light feel it go farther down into your knees. Calves the front of your legs, ankles, feet and down into each toe. The light is a nourishing medicine and has traveled through your entire body. Visualize again the chamber as a circular tube as it connects now down into the earth... below your feet down through all the levels of gravel and dirt and sedimentary rock. Perhaps some caves with stalactites and stalagmites down into the volcanic Center of the Earth connecting you with the center of the earth and its beautiful resonance... the spinning and you can feel this nourishing Chamber of Light spinning gently in a clockwise direction. becoming brighter and lighter and feeling more compassionate. Feeling more nurturing as it spins... cleaning out all negativity, cleaning out all toxins and debris. Only your nice bright clean light is inside the chamber. Imagine each organ lighting up, cleaning out and being bathed in nourishing golden white light like sun rays. Visualize each organ being filled to overflowing with cleansing nourishing white golden light next, let's visualize all spaces between the organs lighting up cleaning out... the divine nourishing light flowing around and through and filling all the spaces between your organs Next, imagine all of your DNA all of those tiny little things that make you you lighting up, cleaning out being nourished in this beautiful Chamber of light. Now visualize your blood. Your blood flowing into every part of your body... start again at the top of your head and imagine that the nourishing Chamber of light is streaming rays of energy into your bloodstream. Beautiful nourishing bright light enters your blood flow... visualize that now as the music plays. Repeat after me the following affirmation: the light is my medicine healing me from the inside out... this Divine Light is my medicine healing me from the inside out... this Divine Light is my medicine healing me from the inside out. And so it is! Imagine yourself completely encapsulated in this beautiful Chamber of Light shining just as brightly as the ray that came down upon you. Everything is clear and clean and beautiful. Physically warm, emotionally filled with compassion, spiritually connected to the Divine and mentally feeling aligned... Balanced in harmony and so it is! Consciously breathe a few relaxing breaths and bring yourself back into the room into the chair where you're sitting and return to the count of 4321 and so it is!
So call in the “Nourishing Chamber of Light.” Call it in often. Call it in and repeat the steps until you feel that the light is your medicine healing you from the inside out. Call it in. Call in the Divine Light. “Call IT in With Dar!”
