Spring is a time of awakening, transforming, and cleaning out things that no longer serve us. When I say spring cleaning, the most obvious form is probably clearing out clutter, sorting and giving away clothes that no longer fit, throwing away items, scrubbing and dusting.
But what if in the Spring we also make it a habit to clear an important part of our energetic field, and that is relationship cords. You don't necessarily need a specialist to clean and clear your cords that are in relatively good shape. One way to do that is to visualize the many cords that we have inherited over our lifetime, the more years the more people, places, things, and pets we become connected to. For more information about the five types of energy cords, where they attach and their purposes, you can refer back to Episode 33. But for today's session, let's just relax into a comfortable position, close out all distractions and follow along with my voice as I lead you through a simple cord clearing sequence for relationship cords.
First of all, healthy energetic relationship chords start with a firm foundation or a grounding cord. And this grounding cord is from your root chakra located where your legs come together at the base of your sacral and then it connects deep into the earth's core energy to keep you grounded and centered on this earth plane that we live in. So put your feet flat on the floor and visualize beautiful roots. Going down like a tree has roots. Beautiful cords, going from the lower part of your body, down your legs out your feet forming your tree of life stability. In your mind's eye, or imagination...watch them twist and turn and move down through all the layers of soil through
that top layer of grass, down through the next layer of gravel, down to the various types of rock. Down through sedimentary rock down through sandstone, see the beautiful colors and layers of rock. Watching your personal chords travel down deep, deep through Earth's crust. Down through caverns, down through stalagmites, stalactites, beautiful crystal formations, sparkling throughout the earth. Down, down, down until it reaches that turning volcanic center of the earth.
Find a volcanic outcrop to wrap these roots around to keep you corded in place with the center of the earth. Into Mother Earth and bring up that rich feeling of life, that fire, pouring it up into the bottom of your feet. Bring it up into your knees and your thighs. Bring it up into your hips. Bring it up into your belly, the fire of life. Bring it up into your rib cage, your heart, your throat. Let it run down each arm into your hands. Let it warm and tingle and ignite into one big beautiful flame, up into your throat and your jaw and behind your eyes up into your forehead, front back, left right up to your crown. The other foundational chord for healthy relationships reaches from the top of your crown, the seventh chakra, up into the higher spiritual world or the heavens and firmly connects there in a beautiful, crystalline mountain plane. So together let's visualize the cord attaching from the top of our crown. Rising up like branches from a tree rising up past the rooftops, past the buildings, past the birds and up past the clouds, up past the known Solar System pass the unknown Solar System up, up, up the stairway of heaven. Then nine times 100 levels of heaven 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and there connect your cord to the crystalline mountain plain that stretches before you. Bright angelic light so bright that in your imagination you have to shut your eyes. Firmly connect your cord.
Envision this cord now from the top of the heavens to the bottom core of the Earth. It is clear and clean and it's ready to receive wisdom, divine wisdom from the heavens and ancient wisdom from Mother Earth. This is your basic cord, your foundation cord of relationship communication. It is now ready to receive what's needed for the greatest good in your life. Imagine it filling up with light, pure white light, rather like sunlight. Have it streaming down into your body parallel to your spine and down into the earth. Feel it light up all of yourself as it travels, from sky to earth. Feel yourself standing in this beautiful column of light... see yourself as this bright ray of sunlight, lighting up a path in a beautiful, lush green forest. Feel the coolness provided by all the arching shade trees, forming a calming canopy, over your head as you proceed down the path, almost floating. Observe how clear and fresh the air is and how safe and sheltered you feel here. Observe...what do you see, hear and feel amongst the solitude of this beautiful place? Coming back to thoughts of your foundational relationship chord in place, from sky to earth and earth to sky.
Let's begin to visualize all of the female relationships you've entered into, all of the females that have entered into your life, even those that have passed on, and picture them lined up along the left side of the path, the female side of your body. Visualize all of them as beautiful rays of light, lined up amongst the trees, in a variety of varying sizes, some tall, some short, some wide, some thin... see how your light meets up with theirs forming a cord between you, one cord for each person or pet or item. You might even be able to identify where your cord connects. For example, which particular chakra is the cord attached to? Try to relax into the process and just see what you can see in your mind's eye. Perhaps you'll see just rays of light and a ray of light coming from you to the other person. Perhaps you will see that from your heart, or from your stomach, or from your throat, you are meeting the light of the other person in the relationship. Relax into seeing what you can see. As you repeat this visualization, you will probably intuitively know more each time. For now, just look at the matching cord without identifying which person she is. Concentrate only on the tube itself, the relationship cord, the communication between you and the other person. Concentrate on just the tube and cleaning and clearing and washing it in a bright ray of sunshine for a good energetic spring cleaning. Then move on to the next person along the path. completing this same process, cleaning and clearing the energy as you move forward along the path.
As you continue to move along this left side of the path, the female connections... relax into the process of just lighting up each cord without judgment. (It is human nature to feel that some of these women are no longer wanted in your life.) But clean, clear and acknowledge those relationships as an observer. Try not to get into the emotions of the past...moving along to the next light among the tree line. When you come to the end of the row of lights on your left ... next move your attention to the right side of your body and to the male figures that you've connected with during your life, including those who have passed. Take a little time to observe where there are light tubes or relationship cords attached to you. What chakras are matched up and then proceed to run beautiful bright cleansing light through each one concentrating on the tube becoming clear and clean and untangled or unblocked. Remember to move along this path of relationships without judgment, refraining from calling it a good or a bad relationship. Just acknowledging that you are connected and that you are just cleaning and clearing the cord that does exist. Move systematically down the right side of the male light rays amongst the tree line. Relax into the process of cleaning, clearing and sometimes untangling these chords. Trust your subconscious mind or imagination to know how to lighten them up, how to clear and clean them. Move easily and freely down the path imagining that your personal column of light is becoming brighter and your path of relationships is getting greater light and illumination Observe the beauty and the glow.
As we bring this cord clearing visualization to a close, let's remember to periodically revisit this process and come back to the forest of clearing and cleaning our connections or personal relationships as often as you would like. With repetition, you will begin to feel a lightness and brightness around even some of your most challenging relationships. Because energetic relationship cords can become twisted, shredded, heavy, polluted, sucking, torn, or manipulated, there will be situations where you will not be able to completely clean and clear them yourself. When that is the case, please don't hesitate to connect with me or another qualified energy healer to reconstruct those energy cords and make sure that they are connected to their matching chakra and that the insertion point is beneficial to both you and the other person. There is an entire field of study about the five major types of cords and some of the compromising cords that can exist. So, for your personal well-being, connect daily with your personal relationship cord, the one that you have control over, the one that reaches from your crown to the heavens and your root chakra to the center of the earth. Run a beautiful column of bright light from the sky, down through your body, deep into the earth’s volcanic core. Bringing up ancient wisdom from Mother Earth, bringing down divine wisdom from Father Sky.
Call in the bright essence of who you are! Call in clear, beautiful relationships! Call in clear beautiful relationship cords! Call it into existence! “Call IT in With Dar!”
