Just hit the sauna because you know, I'm on that gym regiment all day, my boy out, but I'm hitting that sauna and steam room.

And you're kind of there like covering up like it and I don't want this guy to see my dad. Yeah, but then all of a sudden you're like, maybe he you know, maybe he just doesn't give a shit. So there's a nice like no judgment zone there. So you go in the sauna, you get right, come out, feel refreshed, get a little reset, and you get on with your day.

So I'm a steam room guy.

I know, like people are like very heavy stands on sauna her steam room. But whenever you're just getting a good sweat in that sweat equity is it Tally's up.

I mean. And if you've been in that YMCA or just any major gym before where there's a big locker room, you know the vibe I'm explaining. I think, I honestly think this that Campbell had a solution, not a solution, but like a schedule, and it didn't vary throughout the scene. Like he knew what week thirteen would look like before the season started, right, and so he was the same guy on week thirteen as he was on week one. Like we had that schedule, we had week fourteen, week fifteen, it was the same schedule.
