Speaker 1

You know what, Listen, the Ravens are not winning the Super Bowl, so that I'll get to put Jordan cry faces on them, chirping us on the logo, on all the players that did that right and drop it when they lose.

Speaker 2

Probably this week, this episode of Busting with the Boys. The Boys is presented by Barstool Sports.

Speaker 3

It was a little negative. Actually, what's you do? What's going on with you? You have a cloud over you today?

Speaker 2

I mean it's it was the it was a clean out day. It was trash.

Speaker 3

But here's a thought. We are on different levels because the season just ended for you and it's been over for me for a while. There's a point when you when the season is over, like you lose, you lose.

Speaker 2

The game. Boys are sad.

Speaker 3

You guys could have got a lot further than you did.

Speaker 2

What like all the.

Speaker 3

Hopes and dreams of a Super Bowl are over, dead, gone, stomped out. But then there's some something starts to roll in the back of the old brain. There, something starts to swistle, and they're like, what is that? Is it? Or this is a ringing in my ears? And it's not the small gypsy woman that says it's over you're done. Now do whatever you want. Now you can go get Chick fil a Chinese food. Dude, you want you know, yeah, somethings I think you should. You should said listen to that little lady.

Speaker 2

I do listen to her. I listened to her last night. What you do last night? Ordered post Mates eleven or ten thirty.

Speaker 3

Hey spoiler, I went over to Will's house last night.

Speaker 2

Thirty wings. I left right before that was so, what's the.

Speaker 1

Sonic burgers in a sonic blast?

Speaker 3

Sonic?

Speaker 2

Yeah, yeah, no free shadows.

Speaker 3

So you just you looked, you looked at your you walked in the mirror, took your shirt off and looked and looked into it and said, nah fuck this.

Speaker 2

Yeah, and you just took a right I looked. I looked over Wyatt.

Speaker 3

I was like, hey, pustmates, what do you want and what do you say? And he lied, He's like it's like ten thirty. And I was like, what do you want, dude, We'll get whatever. We'll get whatever you want.

Speaker 2

Wings.

Speaker 1

We got wings. And I'm like, looking, a lot of places are closed. Yeah, I missed my Chinese, my shitty Chinese window.

Speaker 3

Whatever gets your big cheek, go to I'll get it Chinese piece.

Speaker 2

I'll get mine, you know what I'm saying. Uh, we talked about it before.

Speaker 3

How many weeks do you take when you when you're done, when your season's over. How many weeks do you take of just doing whatever you want, whenever you want? It's just different.

Speaker 2

I've usually always tried to force two weeks.

Speaker 3

Because you need two weeks to start feeling bad.

Speaker 1

Yeah, you get through a week and you're just when you're just feeling shitty and not doing nothing. Yeah, you just get that itch like I gotta fucking do something.

Speaker 3

Yeah, go ahead, a sna or something. Yeah, let me stretch these hamstrings out. Yeah something, dude, we get a calf raise in.

Speaker 2

Yeah, dude, it's uh, it's just a weird it's a weird day. It's a weird viue. You know the vibe.

Speaker 1

You know the vibe you were I mean you were there. You're there every year. Yeah, we're all there every year unless you win the super Bowl.

Speaker 3

That's crazy. Rabe's giving a speech. Yeah, it was a rape speech. I did that for fourteen years. Oh you did it again.

Speaker 1

Eleven out of the fourteen. I felt like, you guys do now, just like we did last year.

Speaker 3

You know you nobody was happy to say that, just like we did the year before when we had the playing game and you know the speeches.

Speaker 2

Dude, you try, like what do you say? Right?

Speaker 1

There's not a lot like just appreciating and enjoying the locker room, like the.

Speaker 2

Boys like being proud.

Speaker 3

A bunch of guys making plans they know they're not gonna follow through with we're doing this offication. I'm going out to Miami. I'm gonna go out to Miami too. Yeah you know, damn well, you're not going out to Miami.

Speaker 2

And you're dapping dudes up like, oh you know, we'll get up. We'll get up in a bit.

Speaker 3

Yeah, we'll it text to hit the group chat, we'll get the crew together. Never hap hard, no hard, no one.

Speaker 2

So you try, you try and enjoy and like just give a nice, meaningful hug.

Speaker 3

Because a lot of those guys had the best intentions. They think, I'm gonna see you will in a few weeks. Yeah I'm gonna go and do something. And but you know I'm not saying this guy again.

Speaker 2

Yeah we're not.

Speaker 3

Will we'll hit me up, I'll get on the bus. How many dudes want to come on the bus a lot. Yeah, a lot of guys want to come on the bus. A lot of guys want to come on the bus, which is a good thing. But we'll see what happened. It is a you know, Coca Cola, Apple, Google busting with the boys. It's all just strong main name brand shit.

Speaker 1

It's just an honor to even be mentioned with those brands, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3

And if they say we're not the fourth of the four, maybe we're two out of the four. You know what I'm saying, we're probably podium. You have the four of those brands.

Speaker 2

I'll take a bronze any day.

Speaker 3

I'd say I'm happy with the bronze at that point.

Speaker 2

I think.

Speaker 3

I think every year is a new year that you move up. But I mean, we had there's lots of things. I see the schedule, Alex, because my eyes are fucking terrible.

Speaker 2

Guess what the boy's back, I can read for you.

Speaker 3

Let's go.

Speaker 4

I love that.

Speaker 5

I'd tell you.

Speaker 3

When I try to transition on my own and I do like the schedule and Alex or something, I'm like, yeah.

Speaker 2

So the next thing, I'm like Dan all the way up.

Speaker 3

Yeah, and we're doing this the same as transition. What's your thoughts on Sunday's loss. It's just like, ah, so going.

Speaker 5

Into the week.

Speaker 3

Anna Hartman, the lady that's the head of my pet. She she asked me in the beginning of the week, She goes, what do you think your chances are really beaten the Ravens. I said, my chances is here. I'm not playing, but the team I think has a high change. I would say we would win that game for sure.

Speaker 1

Oh yeah, there was never there was never a doubt. Doubt did not creep in until late in the fourth quarter.

Speaker 2

Yeah, halfway to the fourth I'm like, oh, we're losing.

Speaker 3

Yeah, I was like I said, oh, it just seemed like the whole time that you guys had had it together.

Speaker 1

You look at dB and you're like, hey, if we don't score it, we might be fucking done.

Speaker 2

Yeah, over like this is gonna be it. And dv bro No, yeah, pretty much.

Speaker 3

Yeah, like not a lot to give in there, but he fucking gave you what he had.

Speaker 2

Yeah, exactly exactly. But it's just it's.

Speaker 1

Not like it's not like you were going to go, you know, when when we would have won that game.

Speaker 2

We didn't.

Speaker 1

And you go to Buffalo or Kansas City, you know, Okay, we're about to go. We got to go earn this banger. Yeah, like, who knows what's gonna happen. We know we're gonna be doubted in those games and stuff like that. And rightfully so, they're very good football teams, right but you knew you were gonna go to a banger and you don't know if you're gonna come out on top or not. The Ravens, it just wasn't. No one ever thought that. We had a great week of practice. I would say one of our best weeks.

Speaker 2

Really. The energy was high. Dude, Rade was in a great mood, like you just thought.

Speaker 1

And then after that first that first quarter we went up ten that it's like, oh, the boys are figuring out.

Speaker 3

The boys are getting into the playoffs, back into their playoff groove. Yeah, yes, the playoff Titans are back. And I'm sitting up there watching my dollar just go hand on some skittles and I'm watching the boys go ten again. I'm like, if you keep going each quarter adding ten to our score and zero to theirs, that's forty to zero.

Speaker 2

I'm doing the math.

Speaker 3

Ye one two carry the three.

Speaker 2

I'm figuring this shit out.

Speaker 3

Yeah, and it seemed like you guys were on top like the whole It felt like.

Speaker 2

You guys run top the whole time. I know it. You think you guys slept.

Speaker 3

Do you guys feel like there was a sleeping like you guys took a nap, maybe because you guys came out pedaling and then second half it wasn't so much pedaling.

Speaker 1

Yeah, we gave up that long ass drive defensively and it was kind of like, yeah, we gotta fucking get going. Offense couldn't get wrong. It was just weird, dude, It's just weird. And again, you still never thought, oh, we're gonna lose. It's just like, okay, hey boys, let's fucking pick.

Speaker 2

It up, like let's go.

Speaker 1

And it's not like we had to lapse and energy because you felt like it was energy the whole time. Even at halftime, Like I told you, we did our uh, we did our corrections. We met our corrections and set all the stuff offense, defense, and guys are up in the middle of the locker room before it's like hey, two minutes or any of that, guys, guys are waiting on very us. I sorry, I had to take a piss,

like one of those things, like it's the vibe is good. Yeah, and everybody's saying like, hey, dog fight, like we know, you know, we know how we are in one score games.

Speaker 2

We know how they are in one score games. Yeah, obviously you guys are listening.

Speaker 3

Now.

Speaker 1

They got they they won, so they get to get the last left. Oh how are we in one score games? We fucking beat you guys. But I'm just saying that. That was the vibe, right, And I was like, Yo, we're about to get in a dog fight, and we know how we are in those situations.

Speaker 3

Yeah, which usually Gritton spit, I believe is your claim to fame. That's really what the Titans have really been in. That's our loop. Yeh, Griton spit for sure.

Speaker 2

That's how it's been since day one, our.

Speaker 1

Speech before, like the day before. He's like, guys, I'm not you know, I don't. I'm not trying to motivate you, but we're an afterthought, you know.

Speaker 2

Very when he gets little, like.

Speaker 3

He does this fifteen minute Dan Cook comedy series on Comedy Central, and then he gets serious. Then he yells at somebody and then he asked KP to agree with him. It's a vicious circle.

Speaker 1

Yeah, He's like like, Derek, you got two thousand yards first team All Pro, Like we knew that was gonna happen thirty weeks ago, you know what I mean, Like we got that. Hey, you know so and so no one thought you could play. Now here you are kind of like those little like fuck yeah.

Speaker 2

But then he goes like fifteen too many. Yeah, yeah, like will no one wanted?

Speaker 3

We knew, Hey, tannahell yeah you're an after Yeah, well you can keep going and keep.

Speaker 2

The second opportunities Ryan the first team guys, and start sing the second team guys.

Speaker 3

Hey, we get it. Yeah, like will no one wanted you, and you're carving out a role no one wanted you. Rabels was in the team meeting just like, hey, well no one wanted you wanted.

Speaker 2

Yeah, listen, nobody fucking wants you.

Speaker 1

Like keeps going like, uh, we got to go out because he got a little high high and tighter haircut.

Speaker 2

So I was like, uh, but Rabel can't take a joke.

Speaker 1

dB was like Ravee didn't pay him no mind. He was just kind of like looking at his saying and it was before the meeting and the music's kind of playing, He's like, hey, I see you're trying to get more like come a bun jokeing and you're trying to be like him now huh yeah.

Speaker 2

And he just kept like riding and didn't acknowledge him until just scribbling something. He's not even riding at the point.

Speaker 3

Just ignore him, Just ignore him. You're better than them and you know it. But like when you go to that game, man, I mean after the game, like I came down, I saw the boys gave some love in the locker room, becau. After that, no more COVID rules, right, it's fucking no longer exists.

Speaker 1

It's like when fucking old boy escapes from uh Shawshank Redemption and he's just standing there in the river and it's raining because he escaped and.

Speaker 2

He's about six hundred feet form the prison.

Speaker 1

He's like, you get to rip that mask off, dude, and you're just like, it's over, it's over, it's done.

Speaker 2

Still gonna wear masks when you need to wear And.

Speaker 3

There's some of you out there that are tripping balls right now, Yeah, these mothers, and what do we say to that?

Speaker 2

Will? Okay?

Speaker 3

Okay, that's fine if you're freaking out about me going to see the boys, go to the locker room, dapping up the boys, give the boys love. Looking Derek Henry the ice breathing on his face and saying, I love you when I miss you. Okay, that's life. That's it.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that's it, no doubt, no doubt.

Speaker 3

It's hard. It's hard to not be with the boys. It's hard to watch the boys lose. It's hard to go to the game in general. When I tore my a cl I had to go up to the suite and I was walking down the same hallway I walked to go in, like in the same suite, and I was like literally having PTSD. I was having a motion of my knee start hurting all of a sudden. You know,

it's sad to be out there. I went on the fifty yard line after the game, walked over to that thirty five where I got hurt and just stared at it for a little bit, look at the ground and asked, why would you do that to me?

Speaker 5

Right?

Speaker 2

Yeah, just you think about how much more you could have done. Hey with the boys, as you keep going, I just want to throw this in there. I can't keep going when you're talking. I'm still gonna compliments you. I'm glad you brought me out to the field.

Speaker 1

By the way, Ryan was glad you did that. I'm glad you did that up to me. I'm glad we got our photo.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that was good.

Speaker 3

That was a good little deal we And then it's a unique situation because last year when we went to the AFC Championship, it was, oh, next year, we're gonna be so good, and honestly, this year we were way better. Like, yeah, I know, statistically with the defense, I don't know the defense, and I probably shouldn't tweet about it, so I don't know anything about defense, so I'm not gonna tweet about it. But I'm saying our defense whatever, statistically, I don't understand

it right. Our offense was immaculate, our office was awesome. Obviously, yesterday wasn't so great Yesterday. Today's Monday. You guys can get this on Wednesday, correct, yes Monday. I'm like, you know that our defense wasn't there great yesterday, or our offense wasn't that great yesterday. Defense actually did pretty dec yesterday. And you think last year you're like, we're gonna be so much better, and we did. We went eleven and five,

we won the division. Like things happen that haven't happened in a long time for the Titans this year. There's a lot of a lot of things that I'm excited to see unfold going into the twenty twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two season. And that's where's our boy Arthur Smith going. Yeah, that's a good Yes, he needs to come on this thing too.

Speaker 2

He said he was.

Speaker 3

Gonna before I came to the bus. He's he wants to come on for sure.

Speaker 2

I know he dude, Arthur fire the bus.

Speaker 3

Arthur is he is. He's a beautician, Yes, no question.

Speaker 2

I like that word too, He's a beautician.

Speaker 3

You like that.

Speaker 2

I like that too?

Speaker 3

Yeah, yes, take it, chew it, eat it digested.

Speaker 2

How what you want with it?

Speaker 6

You know?

Speaker 3

I will? I know you do. Or we're gonna have a DC next year, or at least somebody with a title, right, because that's how everybody's a big, big thing in Nashville's we don't do See who's the guck hold the place? Like everyone's freaking out right, So what's happened there?

Speaker 2

What are they doing?

Speaker 3

The draft, right, I know, we didn't have a lot of sacks this year.

Speaker 2

Did to go get a rush guy? You know what happens that to our defense, especially with the you know how our draft went last year, like our first round pick.

Speaker 3

Yeah, I mean, I'm not gonna speak on that until more things happen. Yeah, you know what I'm saying, you kind of Here's what I will say about the situation that I think.

Speaker 2

John tread right, tread.

Speaker 3

Yeah, I'm gonna oh yeah, absolutely, I'm walking on the set. I'm not even on an in climb right now. I'm walking straight right worse for me, I think I think John, I think this year we can look at things and let's say it didn't go the way we wanted it. We can Hey, John, it's all good. I'm talking about John Robinson. Hey, it's all good because COVID.

Speaker 2

Right like, we can people.

Speaker 3

I'm building a house right now and people are late and they just go COVID and they can't you can't do anything about it. Yeah, So with John, John can little Goo draft COVID with with that? For that situation, I'm not sure what's going on with that situation. I just know that John's a great gm John's gets the right guys in there. He obviously built this team who won the AFC South, Like he's gonna do a good job when you don't have the opportunity to go meet guys,

talk to guys all these different stuff. I'm sure it was a much different process for them than it was in past two years. Oh absolutely, And John's super diligent cat. And there's no there was no off season.

Speaker 1

Yeah people, Yeah, like that's gonna I hope that doesn't get swept under the road too much because Vets, Vets like us, we understand what we're gonna be doing whether or not, Like we don't need to be at OTA's really at all, right, you know what I mean, Like you know what you gotta do, you know how to take care of your body. At this point in our lives and careers, we understand what we need and how we're gonna get it.

Speaker 2

I can see it now.

Speaker 3

Ota start them in the first meeting and very Abel pops that up. Hey we're Vets, we don't need to be in and uh at OTAs and.

Speaker 2

Brable goes, oh yeah, hey, Taylor, you don't got to be here.

Speaker 3

Huh.

Speaker 2

You know, do you know taking that out of context.

Speaker 1

Ray, Yeah, very well, you know, very able to say, I'm just like we know how to be professionals at that point.

Speaker 3

You learn do you learn in the job. Obviously the longer you do the job, everyone does that right, right, And it doesn't take if you're like water, the work's like to be the NFL just whatever you do. Now, remember three years ago when you first started her five years ago. You're better now than you were then, right, you figured out a little bit better.

Speaker 1

Yeah, And their draft, like the rookies and stuff, they didn't have that off season, which is very developmental for those guys.

Speaker 2

Like guys don't fucking know you know their asshole from their mouth, right, you know what I'm saying, the both holes.

Speaker 3

Yeah, but they don't know that this one is digesting and which one's exiting exactly.

Speaker 1

And guys don't they're not around professionals. They're not around the vets. They're like, oh, I'm gonna go I'm not gonna say Miami, I'm gonna go to New York City. I'm gonna go to l A. Like I'm gonna do all this stuff that I see out there in the world.

You know what I'm saying what I'm talking about. But right, you know what I'm saying, Guys that need that kind of ship tread becaut tread for sure because in training camp in August, it's the patience is way lower and the urgency is higher when you don't have an off season and you just have one month to put a product on the field so she can hit the fan. That's what you know. It's it will be interesting. It'll be interesting too with the off season to see what our boy, uh president of the.

Speaker 2

NFL p a oh j C. Tretdter, Yes, j C.

Speaker 1

Tratder, to see what goes on with like those negotiations and trying to do away with an offseason preseason games stuff like that, because I know those are those are in conversations.

Speaker 2

That's great.

Speaker 3

I don't care because our PA probably is gonna suck it up. Yeah yeah, but I'm talking great transition by me and will What a great transition.

Speaker 1

I'm talking about for people like listening like that'll be something interesting that unfolds because that changes a mindset for like you know, GM coaching and stuff like that.

Speaker 2

It's they're gonna do. They're talking about no preseason games.

Speaker 1

Think if there's no ot as again. Yeah, you're gonna know that now before going into O t as. So, Now, if you're a team that is stacked with ten draft picks, do you want all those rookie draft picks knowing that these guys aren't going to get the developmental time.

Speaker 2

Alex shook his head because he's a GM. He shook his head.

Speaker 3

No, I'm I'm using I'm using him as my soundboard because he's understanding.

Speaker 2

Somebody's gonna be listening like, yeah, yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker 1

Yeah, And you want to do away with draft picks and maybe get some free up you know, I don't know, you'll get get a couple of cats, get a.

Speaker 2

Couple of top nasties out there. You know what I'm saying, you shoud one comp nasty.

Speaker 3

That's the thing that's a weird, one of a kind thing.

Speaker 2

You can't recruit. Appreciate that you I appreciate you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3

Those shoes, you know what I'm saying. You can't wear it once and they're never that clean.

Speaker 2

Again, that's you. You're the first wear. Thanks, You're the fucking first wear. I appreciate that.

Speaker 3

There's a lot of other things to going down, dude. Like like a lot of dudes on our team, you don't know what they're gonna be back, Like Johnny, it's contract you here for Johnny?

Speaker 2

Right, you could go to free agency, Yeah, Cory Davis, Uh.

Speaker 3

Jayon Brown could go is Harold he's got one more year.

Speaker 2

Harold's got another year. He's got a year.

Speaker 3

You know, you know what traded sub dudes might might be.

Speaker 2

You know, well, and you don't know, wouldn't be tired if I had a coffee.

Speaker 1

You don't know if the CAP's gonna go down as well, CAP's gonna go down to one some players, some player stuff go up, like it's gonna be It will be interesting, you know, it'll be interesting to see that happens. One's up, One's up.

Speaker 6

Dang.

Speaker 3

One's like an unsung hero. I don't know about defense, but I know the guy plays hard, and I know that he's a good ballplayer for us.

Speaker 2

Yeah, he's a stud man, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3

I wouldn't tweet that, but I would also think that in my hand, you know, good for him. Yeah, I think he's gonna get paid wherever he goes. I hope it's here. Hope it stays here. I don't think I'll be here. I don't know.

Speaker 2

Yeah, we have no clue. We don't. Taylor and I are just playing Madden right now. That's what we're doing.

Speaker 3

You can do that, Maddening can trade and yeah, he.

Speaker 2

Played front Office mode. So that's actually a blast, is it really? Yes? I didn't even know.

Speaker 1

On the Redskins, we had like a group of like ten of us that was in the league and we would just trade and like do front Office mode throughout the season.

Speaker 3

And when you play the games, do you play the games or.

Speaker 1

When it's user games, so you'd simulate like when we played the computer, but when like say me and you play, we would play the game.

Speaker 2

Oh fun. Yeah, No, I do that in real life.

Speaker 3

I don't need to play it when you know what I'm.

Speaker 1

Saying, Yeah, I feel like that was from somewhere else. What do you mean inside?

Speaker 3

You?

Speaker 1

Like you just mad at Madden for some reason, Like no, I'm od at mad, Like you're like, yeah, I'd rather do it in real life. It's like, yeah, we're he's not in video game.

Speaker 3

Madden doesn't do it for me, right, Like I've done that, Like why would I go to my off season, and like when I see dudes getting hypover Madden, I'm like, well, you guys do this like you realize, like we're doing it, We're doing it in real life. Yeah, it's a video game. Video games are fun. I know, vide games are fun. But like go break Out n C NCA fourteen on the original Xbox.

Speaker 2

Go do that. That's a great time too, That's a phenomenal time.

Speaker 3

Poopit risk do a different video game, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, but why is such a similar video games to what you already do?

Speaker 1

Because it's the guys who are video gamers are super competitive. They want to be rankedy, they want to play all the guys. They're like, I'm really good at mad and I want to I want to be able to walk in a room and say yoah, I'll smack you a mad Take up the sticks twenty one.

Speaker 2

Nothing, Hey, get off the sticks like the fucking Browns would.

Speaker 3

Last night I saw people were getting mad about Arthur Smith last night. He did a job interview via zoom, Like he didn't even leave his living room with the Jacksonville Jaguars and people are like, how could you? Like the season is not even dead yet, like this season the did that clock hit zero?

Speaker 2

It's fucking over. It's business. It's business. It's in business, dude.

Speaker 3

You know what they're gonna someday, They're gonna do it with me and Will and that's just fucking business.

Speaker 2

That's just business. You know.

Speaker 3

If I might be you know, they mean it and they like it a little bit more giving us still.

Speaker 2

Snip, yeah, but like they might get something out of it.

Speaker 3

They might, But then that's that's up to us to be like, Okay, it's yeah, exactly, let's go. You have to be dude. Hey, you're hey, We're not to let you go. Okay, you don't have any nope, sorry, I was shipped my papers servage package.

Speaker 2

All right, you might walk on the back. Man, I'm glad you got that guy.

Speaker 1

And you're thinking, like, I hope he feels it too, Yeah, and you just walk out Okay.

Speaker 3

Speaker 1

You should have done that podcast the week before I got cut, so I could have known going into that.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you know what hindsight is twenty twenty.

You're kind of sad, and you said, yeah, I was trying to because I went up the stairs kind of fast and I had the mask on, so I was kind of.

Speaker 1

Breathing at me those there's a lack of box, so I was like trying to keep my composure.

Speaker 2

I was hurt. Yeah, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3

I just said I understand and I get it and stuff and I'll talk to my agent and shook his hand. Yeah, I don't know if I handle it like that.

Speaker 2

Wow. Yeah, I mean, how would you do you think you'd have.

Speaker 3

A two different way dramatics. I'll either burn the place at the ground. You know what I'm saying, like a whole John hostage. You're not cutting me. You're not cutting me there'd be likely, but there would be no in between. All Right, I'll see a letter I'm out of. There's a meeting that he like it was. You know, it's kind of the same thing. It recoon that has the same this John Stadio in the X meeting today. Just I appreciate everything you've done. I respect the cloth you come from.

Speaker 2

So that felt that's a cool thing.

Speaker 3

Yeah, he respects the cloth you come from. Yeah, as her father, that makes me feel this outstanding raise somebody.

Speaker 2

I'm glad we're back, dude.

Speaker 3

I'm glad we're just doing it, dude, We're doing it. Did fel different when I walked in here that I was expected, like a lot of juice, a lot of energy.

Speaker 2

I was like, hopefully that'll sell them at the coffee.

Speaker 3

I wasn't given, but you're kind of it was like, oh, it's kind of dragging ass in here today.

Speaker 1

You just it's just one of those days you don't know how to feel because it's bittersweet, like you don't like me personally.

Speaker 2

I don't know if I walked out of that building for the last time.

Speaker 3

You know what I mean, Yeah, what do you think? What's like, what's your stomach tell you, what's that good of yours?

Speaker 2

Tell you.

Speaker 1

I don't know before I before I answer that, it's like you were saying it earlier, like you get done with the AC championship last year, it was fired up for the boys that y'all that y'all did that well. And then this year it's like you knew the trajectory that that it was like we're going and when you lose, it's just like that entire fucking grind of a year

that the boys went there to get back to that point. Now, I wasn't on the team the whole time, but obviously I've been around the whole time, and just the grind of a season and just all of it. You put everything into making it and going one and done, and you're just like that, like that was fucking It's like it's over.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you know what I mean. And all the boys, like we had the team meeting.

Speaker 1

Day before the team meeting, the entire team is in the locker room, big groups of guys on where we of course we followed the rules COVID, you know, we followed the rules. So mass are on, dude, and one of the boys brings beer in. Boys are having a beer.

Speaker 2

Cut holes in your masks. Yeah, you know what I mean. It was one of those like you gotta take a drink, you turn around, pull the mask down, take a.

Speaker 3

Little suit and they put it back on it.

Speaker 1

Yeah, and like everyone's just enjoying. Like you just you stood there and I was like, man, I think I was talking to Nick or dB or somebody. I was like, like, just look at the locker room, Like you just don't get this on every team. Yeah, you don't, and it's just fucking like you just it's like a Nick agreed, dB agreed. I mean, like everyone understands, like how good of a locker room we have. And that's like dope.

And also it also makes it really sad. And those like that day of like cleaning out everything, guys are signing everyone's jersey, you know what I mean, Like guys are like out of all this stuff.

Speaker 2

Dude, anybody asks you for your jersey? Yeah.

Speaker 1

I swept with dB, and then Harold came up and goes, hey, I better get a fucking jersey too.

Speaker 3

Ye had your little brother straight up, your little brother.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 3

I love Harold, I know, and he's I know, I'm not this not me throwing shit I know you're a little edgie right now because you think I'm gonna.

Speaker 2

I know, I know, I start talking. You have a fan. I do love Harold dude. But it's it was just one of those days, bro.

Speaker 1

You see somebody like dB was getting his uh one of his jersey signed by everybody on the team, and I was like, oh, that's an awesome idea. So I get mine and everybody's like, oh, I want to do. It's just it fucking sucks. It sucks that that that we had to lose all like that that had to happen.

Speaker 3

It's amazing how much like you forget about that, like from me, Like it's been over for so long. Like what I when when I went to your house last night for the first time in a while, in a long time, and I never saw each other. When I went to your house, I was like it was like kind of like your dad's there, your brother's there, Charlo like, and it's kind of like, yeah, it's over.

Speaker 2

You know, we're all just kind of talking.

Speaker 3

I am so far removed from that this season, being over things. I've gone through the morning process I've got. You do forget even though it's like it was only a year ago. I did that right, like you do forget like how much. It's like damn, Like it's really over. And then you go into OTAs or don't go to ot As. The next time you see all the boys, it's like the room looks different.

Speaker 2

Damn year older.

Speaker 1

They were talking about it's gonna be it's musical chairs. No one knows how it's gonna like.

Speaker 3

So it's a weird year. It's a weird year for the times. I'm excited to see what John does. Yeah, that's what I'm most sad of Ford, like now, like I've been a fan of for the last two months, but I become a fan like big time, Like what are we doing this offseason?

Speaker 2

What's gonna happen?

Speaker 3

You bought in body. I don't want to see what we're doing. Where are we We're nailing? You know the day the NFL year, you're sitting there drinking a coon non and look right, I'm drinking a coffee, dude. You're just excited.

Speaker 2

What was it like for you to sit up in the suite in the playoff game?

Speaker 3

Like I know it was when I first got there is emotional Like I first got there was like damn, like this sucks. Like I'm watching the boys warm up

and I'm seeing everybody be so serious. I already seen Dennis Kelly and he was in the back of the end zone kind of just pacing back and forth, and I'm like, man, he's so stressed right now, like he's just got like he's got to have big you know, you play it in a playoff game, like that's a big deal, and you're sitting there and it's so funny, like you when you feel when you were a fan,

like you're watching it. I have no stress. I'm chilling my kids, you know, breaking into a second box of skin it like she's getting after it.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 3

Wind was on a different level yesterday, but like when all that shit was going down, I'm like just washing.

Speaker 2

It's like it's crazy how we're moved.

Speaker 3

We're all in the same stadium together, but how different the tension all is for everybody, like for the players, like knowing what it's like being a player, like watching you guys, like how big of a deal this is everybody, how focused everyone seems, and then how loose everyone else is. There was this Chris Stapleton looking motherfucker just just down. He noticed who I was and had the windows open.

So he decided that we were going to become best friends throughout the game, and like kept looking back at me, and we had a first time.

Speaker 2

He looked back and be like.

Speaker 3

Yeah, let's fuck, let's go Like yeah, dude, just.

Speaker 2

Keep watching the game. Yeah, and you just like he's hammered.

Speaker 3

His buddies are hammerd they're having a good time, and like dudes are down there like sweating their fucking ass off, getting after it, just absolutely getting it, yeah, and trying to stay locked in, trying to stay locked in the whole time, and it's just wild. And then I and then it was like halfway the first or like in the second quarter, I like you and I saw each other, Yeah, dude, and I was like because I saw you looking up

at the the thing. I was like, who's will can I and you just went and put the wolf up like that, like oh shit, he's tying to me. And I like, I like tailor in the back, like I can't we will saw you like there, you can.

Speaker 1

See you out of like everybody because you had that nice jacket. All I saw the sixty nine jersey. I saw Neil nearly and that's the fucking boy. I need to get his attention. Somehow, some guy.

Speaker 2

Tweeted at me and was like, what's that about the guy you wear? Another man's saw that.

Speaker 3

And I was like, okay, you don't get it.

Speaker 2

Yeah, sure, yeah, you don't understand.

Speaker 1

You want to if you want to be a Tier one, go back and learn about it, learn about the bust, and learn about the fucking were about here.

Speaker 2

You know what I'm saying. Busting documentary, it's it's out there, is it really? Yeah?

Speaker 1

The Busting documentary. I came out like the little first part. But dude, I was hype when I saw the boy.

Speaker 2

Up there and see ship. You see me over here laughing at you, yawning again, tired energy dude. I had listen, this isn't the energy days. I'm always going to you guys take days.

Speaker 3

I've taken a day off since October eighteenth. October nineteenth, I hurt the eighteen I took. I took one day off for sure. I was a sat boy that day.

Speaker 2

I haven't took a day off since. Okay, so I'll tell you what. There's pros and concept fucking thing, dude. I was telling Taylor.

Speaker 1

I was like, dude, these fans like I tweeted the whole thank you Tights thing and I saw somebody under like comment just but okay, I just feel.

Speaker 2

Like you get you say. They're literally saying it to anything.

Speaker 3

You've been the king of using up all one hundred, all one and forty one characters on a tweet, dude, the last three four days.

Speaker 2

He said, you've been a king. You've You've rocked every single character possible.

Speaker 3

It goes back and goes okay, yes, I won't punctu with everything because you had to keep a couple of characters out.

Speaker 1

Yeah, gotta okay, let me delete the uh with and put you know, the boy's tired.

Speaker 3

I'm tired, Alex. Sorry, I'm tired too.

Speaker 2

Last night. That's I'm from this go it was it hung today.

Speaker 1

I was tired this morning. Yeah, I woke up like, uh you, I woke up at like six thirty. I couldn't go back to sleep, so I just went downsid Thats the worst feeling, dude. Yeah, you're kind of just thinking about I can't wait to get this fucking over again.

Speaker 2

You're just thinking like it's fucking over because it's like the little what you say, little gypsy queen on your childer, whatever your head.

Speaker 1

You got nothing to worry, Like, what do you even do until this team meeting at twelve thirty?

Speaker 2

You know what I mean? What's wrong?

Speaker 3

I don't know?

Speaker 2

What do you?

Speaker 3

You know? The season's over right, Yeah, but I wanted to go farther, but you know that there's gonna be another year. But what if I don't play another year?

Speaker 2

Okay, it's all good.

Speaker 3

That's the lady, Sandy. That's kind of conversation you're having at six stay in the morning. I guess myself talking to myself all the time.

Speaker 2

But you seem like you're getting pretty good at it, dude.

Speaker 3

Yeah, but we're not the only ones. There was like three upsets this entire Yeah, yesterday sets.

Speaker 2

The Browns donkey.

Speaker 3

Yeah, we were we were an upset, yeah seed lost to a six seed, five seed.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I guess so you're right. Rams.

Speaker 3

The Rams beat the Seahawks, the Steelers beat lost to the Browns, and we lost.

Speaker 1

The Baltimore in the bucket, and the Buccaneers upset the Washington football team.

Speaker 3

I hope when people hear this, I want to get your reactions to what did you think when Marcus Peters intercepted that ball and went on the when on the fifty yard line and just started clawing at the logo.

Speaker 1

You want to know what I thought? Go ahead, okay, No, you did not think that. No, I didn't think that. I was like these motherfuckers to shay to fucking shit. You know what I mean, because we didn't go out and you know that you've already explained it in the pod when it was Raver's hardball. But we go and do that at every game, our home games are away games, we go and break it down.

Speaker 2

When we come out as a team, we break it down.

Speaker 3

You know it's a fuzzy here, we break it down, Blase sewed up? Police. Are you my tax dollars paying you to be here?

Speaker 2

Right now? I'm off the clock.

Speaker 3

Oh he's off the clo let's go congratulations.

Speaker 2

You need to come in better than that. You need to say I'm off the clock, bitches. I guess you're last man now, so be careful tread.

Speaker 6

What's that I saw you guys pull out of the meeting today.

Speaker 2

I wasn't even there. Jokes on you buss. You don't know where I'm at? Ever, Why don't you pull me over can't track me. You were still there when I passed by. Okay, but Buss is not wearing a moss back to uh.

Speaker 1

We break it down every game in the middle of the field. We break it down like now is.

Speaker 3

Going back to when you guys played the Ravens h this year. But since we've been here, were in the divisional game. We did the same thing against the Ravens last year. They just happened to see it.

Speaker 1

And yeah, and since I've like been here, like wood and like guys, the Titans would break it down in midfield.

Speaker 3

For like the last not my first two years, like for the last five years. That's how it's always been done.

Speaker 1

And not on disrespectful shit. Just don't like we break it down midfield.

Speaker 3

You go to the middle of the coliseum. It's us against them type of type of vibe.

Speaker 2

That's what you're doing.

Speaker 1

Yeah, but if I put myself in their shoes and they saw it as disrespect because we did that, we beat them there, and then it looked like we just came in there, come in your trap, take over your trap type of thing. So they had Boltimore material all week long. So when they made that play and he

did that, to fucking shit. That's a good chirp back for what you thought we were doing to you, because then after the game, when the game was over, they were all sprinting back to the locker room trying to grab their teammates to not dap up our shit hands or none that, like, hey, we out of here.

Speaker 2

We're going. We're going, Hey, come on, let's go. Some of the old.

Speaker 1

Linemen like after the knee taking a knee, it's like, hey, stay healthy, good luck the rest of the year, like fuck man, like, hey, stay healthy, we're out of here.

Speaker 2

Guys are coming in and grabbing Hey, no, we're out of here. Let's go, let's go. They're all jogging off.

Speaker 3

You know what.

Speaker 1

Listen, the Ravens are not winning the Super Bowl, so I'll get to put Jordan cry faces on them, chirping us on the logo on all the players that did that and drop it when they lose, probably this week.

Speaker 2

What if they win the Super Bowl?

Speaker 3

Though?

Speaker 2

If they win, did guess what you got fun? Then you could come back and meet you're getting cry. You're getting Jordan cry laughing.

Speaker 1

Oh, I'll put yes, but we know how it goes. We'll do it to ourselves. I guess I'll do it to myself.

Speaker 2

I'm not with you.

Speaker 3

I'll do with you.

Speaker 2

Yeah, like you know, it is what it is. Here's another thing, Ravens. What'd you think when it happened? You were up there?

Speaker 3

Let me go back, let me go to what I was gonna say. Then we'll do that.

Speaker 2

I'll do that.

Speaker 3

Okay, Okay, here's the idea, Ravens, all of us in the off season, we know one guy on the team, pick up the phone and dial right, pick up the phone and call one of the guys on the other Titans and be yo, man, what the fuck was that about? And they would say, oh, what are you talking about? Like, you guys go on our logo, but we always did. What do you mean you always yet? Oh, for the last five years we've been doing that. We're just going to logo and we break it down. Let me go

to the sideline. Then John is it?

Speaker 2

John Harball? Yeah, John Harball.

Speaker 3

John gets butt hurt, he gets all mad about bullshit, and then Rabel and him have this bat which I went over in my my one pod by myself.

Speaker 5

Do it.

Speaker 3

You can go beck and listen to and it's like if you would have just called and figured out that it was never meant to be intentionally disrespectful. Now, once John started coming out and spouting off, of course, Malcolm Butler and the boys are gonna get a little chippy, a little chirpy. And it's like, you guys wrote your own bulletin board material.

Speaker 2

Rabel went to hand shake your hand.

Speaker 3

John, and you you gave him the no, the no, thank you, and verybel walked away, you guys. And then when that happened, which I talked about in the other pod, I said, someday the Baltimore Evens gonna get us back. It might be in five years, might be in ten years, eventually, and you know what, we just all gotta laugh about it.

And that's when I said that, when I saw that happen, when Peters ran and they started doing the flock whatever the hell they were doing, and they were scratching a thing, and Jeffrey Shimmons running out, like, what are you gonna do out there? Jeff You're not gonna do shit, no offect. I love Jeff to death, but what are you gonna do? You know, I'm sitting there like good for them, you know, like it didn't bother me because guess what, one day

we're gonna play the Ravens again. Yes, and one day something else is gonna happen, and then yes, we got you back.

Speaker 2

Now we've won that thing. It's the way the game works. Now, you guys aren't shaking hands.

Speaker 3

I'm all about a petty move. I enjoy a good pet you know what I'm saying. If there's ever something going down and I have the opportunity to be pettiest, I will not petty here. I'm talking about pettist.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you know what I'm saying. I'm willing to be that guy. Good for them for creating this.

Speaker 1

It's like Michael Jordan when he just thought somebody took it personally. Good for them for creating their own Bolletimore material. Good for you they got the last laugh. They got the last laugh, and that happens, you know what I mean. I'll send the boys.

Speaker 3

Earlier.

Speaker 2

I was like, there's pros and cons and.

Speaker 3

Being in like the game we like to play in with content and social media and stuff like that.

Speaker 2

Because you were you wear the.

Speaker 1

Fits and stuff, and then when you lose, you get chirped Like that's just the risk you take.

Speaker 3

Bro, It's so funny you say that, kid, I'm sorry, I don't want to interrupt.

Speaker 2

I was gonna say this.

Speaker 1

I was gonna say, I like, you know you wear your you wear the fit I was wearing. And then people after the game all who got the last lad and you know you look stupid like all this ship and then some meme I tweeted it earlier last week that it was like hitting somebody in the face with a twisted tea bottle. Somebody put Derrick Henry on there, and it's like, oh, this didn't age well, and it's like you take that risk doing that? Yeah, like no

ship down. But also I told the boys, I said, also, the good thing about being in the social media, in the content game and everything else is you always find a way to get your own last left because.

Speaker 2

You stay consistent.

Speaker 1

The boys wee, we stay consistent yea, So we'll always find some.

Speaker 2

Kind of way there. There was a what were you gonna say?

Speaker 3

There was a tweet that the Titans posted on like October. It was like me saying something about a verse after we beat the Bills, like you put.

Speaker 2

Us to adversity, this is what we're gonna do.

Speaker 3

Yeah, some blah blah blah blah, And someone tweeted at me yesterday replying to that, saying, how about now it, Taylor, I want to say that, like, what are you talking about, dude? So you've occupied their minds since I've occupied them, Yes, since October I have lived rent free in their head and I don't even know it.

Speaker 2

Dude. Yes, I had so much real estate in this town.

Speaker 3

I didn't even know about it.

Speaker 2

I appreciate you leasing that property to me for free.

Speaker 3

Thank you so much.

Speaker 2

It's just get over it.

Speaker 3

Just get over it, because it's all good. Right, Yeah, at the end of the day, if you're lying and you're lying on the sword of your football team to find a new hobby. Also, right, like Buss Buss, I know that Boss would go into an orgy with half the forty nine ers and let them have their right. I know that for a fact because he just lives and dies by the forty niners. But you know what

this solb does. He comes in, he's wearing his police officer uniform because the guy's got other shit to do too, right, He's got a whole different life. One don't need you to talk, Boss, don't even need you. Just excel that breath.

Speaker 2

You're about to use.

Speaker 3

Buddy, what do you go? Boss? He's there?

Speaker 6

No, I don't, I don't. I honestly don't think I tweet about the forty nine ers enough. I probably share more Titan stuff, we're busting with the boys stuff than I do about the forty nine ers.

Speaker 2

Yeah you do.

Speaker 6

I'll say that way more attention to the Titans since I've been a part of this podcast and I do the actual forty nine ers.

Speaker 3

Please note that Boss had nothing to say about me having saying with the orgy of them taking bust down the forty nine singing Boss Down.

Speaker 2

George Kittle was on the podcast. I was cool as cool as ever. Yeah, what'd you wanted to do to you? Hey?

Speaker 3

But I'm just saying like, just like it's all good, right, like it's all good, all good. Because when you guys are mad at your keyboards, and I hope some people are listening, when you guys are mad at your keyboards, getting it back in guess what Compton's doing chilling today? Yeah, will then have to go to work today on a Monday. We're doing this for fun.

Speaker 2

And if you if you're hitting me with the clapback a good one.

Speaker 1

I'm probably laughing and then thinking of another way to add on to that clap.

Speaker 3

I hope and then hopefully something happens to you someday where you're relevant enough to where we notice it, and then we'll clap you back. Go. I like, know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2

Tell us that we're worth it. That's what I'm saying. You said it. We got the blue.

Speaker 3

That's how shit works, right, That's how shit works, dude. We covered a lot of space there.

Speaker 2

It's been solid, dude. I enjoy being back.

Speaker 1

I enjoy being around the boy and not being stressed about I can't come like a couple of times says I all just come by the bus, I come on the pod. He was just like, fuck, like you just you can't because you can't risk the COVID shit and or being caught and getting the team in trouble.

Speaker 2

But gosh, damn, it's I'll tell you what though.

Speaker 1

You have absolutely crushed your solos. Thank you last week? The okay one, Yeah, hockey, however we want to say it, I don't. I don't know how to say it slowly hockey. That one was funny, dude. I was genuinely laughing at it, and bosh, you did a hell of a job on that YouTube, the little trailer and the little the little with the viral thing and then you're like putting on like I laughed, dude, that ship was so fun.

Speaker 3

One.

Speaker 1

You did a great job. You've done a great job. Hey, I'm glad you're having back on the podcast.

Speaker 2

Here's Dallas baby. Appreciate you, buddy, I'm glad you're having me back on the podcast.

Speaker 1

Hey, I'm glad to have you because when we if we would have won, I was ready to be like, hey, can I come on your podcast?

Speaker 2

I know I told you that one already, but yeah, I want to see.

Speaker 3

No, but I hearing it for the first time on the bus, which is exciting.

Speaker 2

Yeah. No, that's cool, man.

Speaker 3

I appreciate you saying that you really don't know how to take say you. I don't know how to take a compliment, So thank you, dude.

Speaker 2

I struggle with it.

Speaker 3

Two, it was cool.

Speaker 2

I had a fun time.

Speaker 1

You saw me clapping and my dad last night, Oh my god, He's like, I'll say two things and I'll be there because he knows, like I'm just like dad, Like I know you're proud, and I know you're proud, dude, Please not in front of my friends here, like want to say comments about me in front of.

Speaker 2

The play well the way you change a room.

Speaker 3

Bringing something to say about that, and was like you just can't listen to all freight coaches.

Speaker 2

I just take a shot at Dallason for no reason.

Speaker 3

Oh my god, I got a fender bender on the way there, banged up you know. Yeah, I'm the old boy.

Speaker 2

Yeah, yeah, it was fun.

Speaker 3

I might start my own podcast now, who knows what would you call it? I don't know.

Speaker 2

I'm surprised you don't know. I meant you're gonna have something. I think you're gonna have some chocolate.

Speaker 3

I don't know. No bad days, No, because sometimes okay, yeah, sometimes you got okay.

Speaker 2

I don't know what I'm saying. That might is it could be called that. No, I don't know what the pub would be called. Maybe I'll do pop.

Speaker 3

Maybe I will Let's we'll just focus on this pod getting as awesome as possible. It'll be more to your ones.

Speaker 2

That's a great point. Remind you unsubscribe.

Speaker 3

Going to the app now unsubscribed, resubscribe because that's what gets the boys up to the charts, get the charts. When you see us uh twelve instan tweet things about like us being on like word number sixty nine on the charts, that's because you guys are subscribing and resubscribing and making us look way better than we actually are. love the guy. He and I had a couple of situations. I was at the game he was played. His last football game was against the Titans, and we uh he went down with the tri step. There was an awkward situation ride, Oh yeah, I want to go jog.

Speaker 2

Up to him.

Speaker 3

Oh, you've got it ready, And I went to give him little pat in the ass and I.

Speaker 2

Pad of him and that when I tailed out.

Speaker 3

And let me tell you what, that might have not been much for Joe, but that was a nice.

Speaker 2

I've gone too far.

Speaker 3

I was, I was, I was past halfway point. I was, I'm about to run a gasser in this bitch.

Speaker 2

You know what I'm saying. Look at him.

Speaker 1

It's funny because it looked like you almost stopped a few steps steps before I'm already.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you know I met him the year before.

Speaker 3

Guys, I mean, guy comes in, plays plays ten years or this is his eleventh year, ten years, ten Pro Bowls, multiple All pros, Like, the guy's a legend. He was a dude you watch on film and you get pissed off it because everything he did was he looked so relaxed while he was doing him like, I'm stressed as holding him out there. How are you so relaxed? How are you doing things at such ease and so very cool?

Speaker 2

You see a Hall of Famer, yet you know you have to be five years removed.

Speaker 3

He's five years, like two or three years removed. Now he'll be.

Speaker 2

First ballot, no question. Yeah is he a first ballot?

Speaker 3

It's not even fucking close.

Speaker 2

Dude, I sound like an idiot.

Speaker 1

Yes, all right, And I'll tell you what he the way he trimmed it, the way he trimmed that fat off and looked good.

Speaker 3

Oh, there's a guy. Guys who have games. When you say I tell you what, I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what they have to drink. I'll tell you what.

Speaker 2

I'll tell you what.

Speaker 3

Though he's are hammered, I'll tell you what.

Speaker 2

The way he the way he looks now.

Speaker 3

Absolutely shredded.

Speaker 2

Just abu dude.

Speaker 3

When we saw him Miami Tian, let's not kill it right before he gets started.

Speaker 2

Don't kill it before he gets started it.

Speaker 3

Get some wheels for you, you know. But he is a beautician.

Speaker 2

You're right.

Speaker 3

When we saw him rough and rowdy in Florida. I mean we walked away and you were like, God, he's just jacked.

Speaker 2

Yeah, he's shredded.

Speaker 3

He's cheating.

Speaker 2

He got to be cheating. Oh, I'm sure he is a little bit. Yeah, I know he's.

Speaker 1

Oh you know he's done. Yeah, I would assume. I know he's I know he does. He's heaving the keto. I've seen him in the email threat a couple of times asking about asking keto questions.

Speaker 3

Oh really yeah yeah. I mean the guys like, look, how good for him?

Speaker 2

Bloss? What would you let him do to you?

Speaker 3

You didn't play for the Niners, he would never they wouldn't do anything. If but if you.

Speaker 2

Play, would you Joe Staley due to you?

Speaker 3

I think is the better question? Here you go, Yeah, four nine ers guy.

Speaker 2

He shot some way too.

Speaker 3

Oh you dude, that guy's a fucking ah. I'm uncomfortable, but I'm also kind of curious, you know. Yeah, there's a there's a little bit of back and forth from me. I'd watch the video, watch the video. I watch it enough to be like he hate you see a video check this out. Yeah you watch it all but yeah, and then but you did watch it all, but you tell people you didn't watch it all?

Speaker 2

Right, Yeah, I saw clips.

Speaker 3

I'd watch Bloss get down with another guy clips.

Speaker 2

Hey, we don't we gotta keep Joe.

Speaker 3

We don't got to keep Joe the whole time with his shirt off near a pool. You can turn this part of the whole thing off. But the guy's a great was a great football player. He's doing well too, He's doing NFL Network has his Did they still do the tom Hawks Show?

Speaker 2

Yes, I believe so right. I've seen him pop on there a few times.

Speaker 1

I don't know how consistently they do it, but I know him and Andrew Hawkins Tomawks show they do. I'm sure there's so hype right now that the Browns are it's got to be a weird that the Browns are being the Browns, as Juju would say.

Speaker 3

Hey, how about that? Now that is bulletin board material. They made their own ship, right, what you respect? I respect the hell out of it.

Speaker 1

Yeah yeah, but Juju just silver, silver platter, served it up on a silver platform.

Speaker 2

I'll tell you what the browns like, who are the browns? The browns are just the browns?

Speaker 3

Like, what do you think with the new personnel guys they got in there that there? Would you say they better one of the browns of the browns?

Speaker 1

You see him now though he's like solid Deon Sanders back pedal. I don't regret saying what I said about the Browns because I was like, hopefully the Browns will stay the browns and they'll go be the Browns next week.

Speaker 2

I think he said something like that.

Speaker 3

They absolutely well, it sounds like I didn't want Oh he's doubling down.

Speaker 1

Oh he's doubling. That's a double down. That's a double down. A back pedal would be regretting.

Speaker 3

Yeah, but that's that's dumb. If you play for the Steelers, who's in the division, and you chirp the team that's in your division and they donkey you the way they did.

Speaker 2

Now they kind of came.

Speaker 3

Back at the end. You can't be like, oh, well, there's still the Browns. They're gonna browns themself. They did better than you this year. Right when the draft comes, they're gonna be higher in the draft than you. I'm not going to read that, all right, he said, I don't regret saying what I said.

Speaker 1

I said, the Browns is the Browns. They came out and played a hell of a game. There's been games where you lose some, you win some, and today wasn't our night. Hopefully the brown show up against the next opponent and they'll go out there and do the same thing they did tonight and have a hell of a game.

Speaker 3

Oh okay, well, then everything I said doesn't make sense anymore, does it.

Speaker 2

I kind of don't remember what you said.

Speaker 3

Hey, that's what CT is. So what I said before Will is that you can't double down. Go yes, you can't double down and think he really didn't double down the things he said the brows of the Browns to put a hell of a game. Now he is definitely opting, coppying out, capping out, copying out, copping out.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I do feel like it's a mixture of copying out but doub.

Speaker 3

Like it's like, yeah, Guji, you're gonna catch that ship if you say something stupid like that in the media. We don't say dumb shit in the media.

Speaker 2

You see THEMB shit on the army.

Speaker 3

You know what I'm saying, and then we tweet THEMB ship like but we when you see us talking to me the Titans media.

Speaker 2

Yep, uh huh.

Speaker 3

Well they're a hell of a team and they're going there's no Bulltimore.

Speaker 2

Material like that.

Speaker 1

Buckets all mad because we don't give answers. Hey, you want to hear that, just go for the bucket.

Speaker 3

Swallow the marbles in your throat, dude, you know what I'm saying. For God's sake, But we're on the bus.

Speaker 2

We're all for.

Speaker 3

That was a good one.

Speaker 2

That was a good one, dude, I tell you.

Speaker 1

All the marbles in your mouth dude.

Speaker 3

You know Bucks will send up with yeah there's gus how he laughs. On this bus, we're for all the boys, right, And that goes for Marcus Peters who did that that stuff on the on the thing on the on our logo. That goes for Lamar Jackson, who were a big fan of as well. We're goes for juju, it goes for everything. All you guys are We're we're a pod for the boys by the boys.

Speaker 2

Yes, right, yeah we are. So it is tough sometimes, right.

Speaker 3

So you go out and chirp, it's all good, it's all good. After that, do that thing.

Speaker 2

Make sure the guns showing when you do it.

Speaker 1

Yeah, like it's it's no like mark ingram big trust. We still want you on the bus.

Speaker 3

And we want to talk about you guys beating us.

Speaker 2

And talk about you guys doing that stuff on the logo.

Speaker 3

Was that planned it?

Speaker 2

Obviously? Was? They all ran out there?

Speaker 3

Yeah, like what always are all like when they started the executing, like the end of the game was coming.

Speaker 1

Hey remember we're not shaking their hands like we want to know what goes into all of it.

Speaker 3

Yeah, that's a lot of planning.

Speaker 2

We can be adults, we can talk it out.

Speaker 3

But when it comes down, if we had the opportunity, yeah, we'd be pettiest, Oh for sure.

Speaker 5

Yeah.

Speaker 1

Absolutely, the boys are playing the long game. You know what I'm saying. The boys will getting back might not be with them, but the boys. Hey, the boys are gonna find a way to get it back.

Speaker 3

Get out, whether it's ten years from now, next year, whatever long. People are making this this rivalries bigger than I'm so over rivalries, dude.

Speaker 2

I'll tell you what though it is. I I do. I do enjoy that it's became a little rivalry like that. I do. I don't buy into it.

Speaker 3

I don't.

Speaker 2

That's fine. Yeah, No, last time I.

Speaker 3

Bought into a rivalry, I got donkey by Ohio State three out of four.

Speaker 2

I don't need to buy I see why you're shunned about the old rivalry. Yeah, I'm not into rivalries like that. I don't want to have.

Speaker 1

But if you look at the last few games with the Ravens, they've just they've all been bangers, dude, Like with the playoff game, the game earlier this year because it went in overtime, and then this last game.

Speaker 2

That means I feel like the Ravens are a team.

Speaker 3

That's like if you're in a rivalry with the Ravens too, Like it's just a nice little gig. Gives us more clout. Be the Ravens have more clout than the Titans. Right, I'm all about chasing clout.

Speaker 2

Right, right. You gotta play the game. You gotta know how to play the game.

Speaker 3

Yeah, and we're playing the game.

Speaker 2

You got to know how to play chess.

Speaker 3

Right, not checkers right. Mike Campanero shout.

Speaker 2

Out, my cao. It was in Abiza with some hooker. God damn dude, I saw him.

Speaker 1

He said something on Instagram too about the logo thing, and I just roll back to him crazy.

Speaker 3

I'd have been a perfect opportunity for Yeah, but you don't get it now. You can't play listen to a fine minutes bo i. Men don't listen to that dumb ship. Yeah, laugh of this. Boys. Daff just upset that that he's not part of the bus with us. He's like, Hey, that's it. That should be me. Shout out to you, though, Camp.

Speaker 1

When we get into you know, we get into gambling one day when the boys are done playing, you be our gambling guy.

Speaker 2

Camps Camp's a funny little cat. He is a funny dude. He would do a great job on the bus.

Speaker 3

I think I think that's it. Next time, next we have on Joe Thomas. Correct, well, I'm sure we have an ad will.

Speaker 1

This interview will be brought to you by Georgia Boots. Shout out Georgia Boot. No free shoutouts the world's most comfortable boot. Georgia Boot is making America's hardest working boot. Speaker 3

Speaker 1

Will use code busting at georgiaboot dot com for twenty percent off.

Speaker 2

Gderrick.

Speaker 3

Joe Thomas has finally crept his way on the bus.

Speaker 4

I made it.

Speaker 3

How are you?

Speaker 4

I'm doing a finn fucking test.

Speaker 2

I like that.

Speaker 5

Yeah, I saw it in the.

Speaker 4

Games last weekend. But the Browns they're on their way to.

Speaker 5

Their Super Bowl and they've checked off the first team off their list.

Speaker 2

Well, I'll tell you what.

Speaker 3

I was going to introduce you as one of the greatest office line that ever play the game. But what was Just get into it now?

Speaker 2

Why don't we You say.

Speaker 3

The Browns are on their way to the super Bowl? Now, how much we have a whole list of questions here? I'm going off the radar immediately.

Speaker 4

Perfect.

Speaker 3

When you say the Browns are on their way to the super Bowl, I checked one off the list. How much of that is Joe Thomas? I've drinking the kool aid. I have been a part of that program, or for this franchise for eleven years, and I've stuck with them since I've retired and I just need this for them.

Speaker 2

And how much of that is real.

Speaker 4

In a real number, I would say like ninety nine percent.

Speaker 5

That's just a Homer Cleveland Browns fan, former player slash fanboy talking. But that's okay, Like that's all I want to be in life, Like I have no aspirations outside of just.

Speaker 4

Being a Homer.

Speaker 5

And that's probably why I'm not very good at being a media analyst. But you know that's all right. Like I was the one beating the drums saying the Browns are gonna beat the Steelers last weekend, and I'm gonna revel in the fact that I finally got something.

Speaker 4

Right.

Speaker 2

Who are they going to this week? They're playing Kansas City? Yeah, I think yeah, they travel to Kansas City.

Speaker 5

This week, the Chiefs.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 5

That shouldn't be a problem.

Speaker 3

That shouldn't be an issue at all, especially in the Arrowhead. It was not many fans in the stands.

Speaker 1

If yeah, if you guys get a Super Bowl, are you going to get a ring?

Speaker 3

He better get a ring. You have to get a ring, good question, I would hope.

Speaker 2

So I mean why why.

Speaker 5

Well, because I do a one hour radio segment with them once a week, I mean, I mean, if there's not anybody more deserving than the guy that does that tiny little radio bit with them once.

Speaker 1

A week, well season, then all the all the fans have a reason to say they've endeared so much pain over all this time that they deserve.

Speaker 2

A ring too.

Speaker 3

That's a good point.

Speaker 2

How are you setting yourself apart like you, I'll tell you what.

Speaker 5

I don't have to set myself apart from anybody. I think the fans deserve a ring as long as the time Jimmy has some's dime. I think everybody in the whole city of Cleveland.

Speaker 2

Get the Cleveland to Cleveland. Absolutely.

Speaker 3

I think it would be absolute anarchy if the one bright spot and the whole time you played was you and they don't give you a ring. I think it'd be absolutely disgusting. Before we actually get into our other questions that we've talked about, let's go back to, uh, what is it? Twenty seventeen? Was your last game?

Speaker 2

Seventeen?

Speaker 3

Yes, us against the Italians. Against the Italians, you went down near our sideline. Now, let me paint you a picture. Joe being a young buck made us first Pro Bowl with the Joe Thomas and the Andrew Whitworth.

Speaker 2

I got to bond with two of.

Speaker 3

The greatest ever play the game. I go in week seven Joe Thomas, the legend who's done more than ten thousand snaps consecutively.

Speaker 2

I don't think I've even.

Speaker 3

Played a whole game doing all the snaps. Joe Thomas is out there being Joe Thomas, making things look way easier than they should be. The man goes down.

Speaker 2

What happens?

Speaker 3

My heart stops for a second. It's flutters. I take a step back. I'll look at my old line brother, and I say, he needs me right now, he needs me. And I jogged out there right when you got up, and I just kept on jogging.

Speaker 2

About all the way through.

Speaker 3

I look back, I'm like, I'm about halfway through the entire field here, and so I quickly I slowed down and I kind of patch you on the ass, and I get out of there. Do you remember that moment? Do you remember do you even though I was there, or what was going through your head at that moment? Because for me, it was pure embarrassment. But I'm happy we did that together.

Speaker 5

I'm so happy that you got embarrassed by that, because it was so funny.

Speaker 4

Until I think the next day I got some text messages. I didn't even realize you'd gone out on the field.

Speaker 5

Because at that moment, like I knew exactly what happened was I was blocking and I extended my arm on the block, and instantly I could feel my trusted tear came off the.

Speaker 7

Bone from my elbow, and I was laying there on the ground grabbing my tricep and it was like my whole career flash through my eyes, and it was like looking through a keyhole, right, like your peripheral vision goes away, and all of a sudden, you're just everything's going really slowly, like it's a slow motion and all I can see is like basically what's right in front of my face in a very small window.

Speaker 5

And I got up and I just remember thinking, like, just got to get to the locker.

Speaker 4

Room, you know, like you're like like survival mode.

Speaker 5

Like you hear about guys that are in the military and they get shot and they're in that survival mode where their body's.

Speaker 4

Trying to take them to the grave room, right, and they're just trying to fight it.

Speaker 5

And just like all I need to do is take two steps and then once you get there, you just focus on the next step.

Speaker 2

For me, I was.

Speaker 4

Like, I just got to get to the training room.

Speaker 5

I don't know why. That's like the headspace I was in, and so I had no idea that you were even running behind me, because if I didn't know, I would have tried to, like, maybe do a little bit better job, do some weaving, like I was getting chased by an alligator.

Speaker 3

Would have been a straight line. That's fair if you would have taken me, if I could have taken you all the way to the brown sideline and maybe behind the bench, just see how far you chase me if you started weaving the first thing I do though, it's a game now. Now I have to get him and we are will chase you all around that damn stadium. Damn put that little hat on at me.

Speaker 2

I'd to chase you everywhere.

Speaker 3

If you would have started to weave him with that straight line was pretty serious. I thought to myself, Well, you know he's hurt and I'm in.

Speaker 1

He just stops and turns around. You got the little bucket head on and ship like, ah, yeah, I'll get him.

Speaker 2

I'll just text him.

Speaker 3

I'll just I'll just text him later dude.

Speaker 2

He he said, you look good doing it. Oh, thank you very much.

Speaker 3

I appreciate that. It takes a lot to look the savage.

Speaker 2

Hey, you know who doesn't look average? Tell me Joe Thomas.

Speaker 1

Yes, Joe, you went from big ugly in the NFL to now look at you.

Speaker 3

It was hard to swallow. I bet hearing that right there. Hey, it just is what it is.

Speaker 1

It's it's factual, Like, you look great now, I assume what do you do?

Speaker 2

What is your diet? Are you a keto man?

Speaker 4

I am. I'm not very strict on it anymore.

Speaker 5

I was when I was losing my weight, so I lost about sixty pounds from my plan days, and then once I got down to like two fifty, then I said, all right, I'll do keto kind of during the week and then when I'm out with friends social settings, I'm gonna drink twenty beers and eat, you know, cheese fries at two in the morning, because that's what's fun in life. And I don't want to, like withhold that from myself.

So I'll just work out a little bit harder on the weekend so I don't get back to being a three hundred pound fat ass.

Speaker 2

Was it discipline?

Speaker 1

Was it discipline that got all that weight off? Or did you did you start to experiment since you were out of the NFL a little bit?

Speaker 3

Did you?

Speaker 1

You know when guys in the locker room and they're like, I can't wait till balls over because I'm going to see I'm going to see what some tests about.

Speaker 2

I'm going to see with some of this stuff like PRT those times.

Speaker 1

Yeah, like all that different stuff, and you know, you know, like I just want to know, did you dabble?

Speaker 2

Did you experiment a little bit? Try something?

Speaker 5

My biggest supplements is bigger than the gym bag they used to put my shoulder pads in when we'd go travel to Tennessee. Yes, yeah, I like it.

Speaker 2

Dude.

Speaker 3

I'll tell you what, when you work as hard as you did, for as long as you did that the way you did, you deserve to get you a little.

Speaker 2

Extra boost here. Yeah, get a little head start, a little head start.

Speaker 3

Yeah. Hey, you spend that many years in the Midwest, eating what you want, doing what you want. Eventually gonna say I'll hit this treadmill, but I'm gonna give myself a little extra.

Speaker 2

And during all those losses.

Speaker 5

Yeah, the secrets really that gmo corn that they grow up here.

Speaker 3

You know, the more you sprinkle, the better it is. Yeah, that is a beautiful thing.

Speaker 1

Go ahead, baby, I was gonna say, you go from you go from playing and obviously the product you got to put on the field every year it was not up to standard to what the Browns are actually doing this year.

Speaker 2

What how do you feel something? Yeah?

Speaker 1

He trust perfect, trust me. I'm going two in the playoffs. I got I got nothing either, dude. But what does it feel like watching the Browns have success after you were there so long and now being a fan seing them do well?

Speaker 5

Yeah, it's awesome because I fully have crossed that threshold from being like a player's mindset to being straight up fan like. And I think that's what's helped me in retirement, Like I haven't really gone through a lot of like the tough mental periods that a lot of guys go through when they retire. Yeah, because once I hung up those cleats, I never thought about it one more time. And so for me, there's no regrets. There's no feeling like, oh man, I wish I would be out there with

those guys. It's just like I'm just enjoying this completely as a fan, and that's been great for me.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that's awesome.

Speaker 1

No regret when you hung them up, you truly did not go through You didn't go through any kind of regret or like, ah no outside of missing the boys, Yeah.

Speaker 5

I mean you missed the locker room. Of course, you missed those paychecks that show up twice a month that are pretty fat. Yeah, But like outside of that, I had been getting beat up pretty bad, and so for two years I kind of like wrestled with is the right time to retire? I mean, my last two years in the NFL, I basically didn't practice. I couldn't even stand at practice because my knee was so jacked up.

And twice a week they would go into the needle and they'd drain my knee and they would take you know, eighty or one hundred C season fluid out the day before the game, and then you go play the game, and then after the game they would take it out again for the week so you could just walk around and rehab, and then they would you know, put in uflexa,

which is like a joint lubricant. They put in cortizone, like all sorts of stuff just to try to get you to Sunday, and that really started wearing on me.

Speaker 4

I don't know how many injuries you.

Speaker 5

Guys have had, but like just that constant battle of am I going to be healthy enough to even suit up on the weekends was really draining and just the weird tear in your body it makes things not so much fun.

Speaker 3

Well, you did it with grace, because I think all of us watching this fans never noticed that you were going through that.

Speaker 2

We just saw you to make Prolos dude.

Speaker 3

Yeah, you're That's all we saw as a fan. When you watch the boys, you see what they did on Sunday? Are you last night against the Steelers? Baker Mayfield right up and down. He hasn't had the strongest steady consistency that Joe Thomas had in his career. Where do you see him now and where do you see him going in the future.

Speaker 4

Well, at the beginning of this season, he was not playing all that well.

Speaker 5

He threw a lot of interceptions, he had a lot of the issues with bad decision making that kind of plagued him the year before. But the second half of the season he's been fantastic. I mean hardly any interceptions, great decision making, He's been a great leader. He knows when to tuck the ball and put his head down and he can get that first down. Like he's just he's not quite Lamar Jackson mobility wise, but he's definitely not a statute quarterback. He can pick and choose his moments.

Speaker 4

He's really good at throwing on the run. And I'm a big believer.

Speaker 5

Like I was skeptical at the beginning of the season, but the way he's played the second half of the season and kind of the direction that arrow is headed for Baker, I'm a big believer. I think he is the guy in Cleveland for the next fifteen years.

Speaker 3

He's definitely cemented himself making the playoffs for the first time in eighteen years, being the guy to lead the boys to do that. A couple other guys that were quarterbacks for you. Johnny Manziel came in same draft class as your favorite tackle to watch now Me was on Mike's podcast, Mike Stud's podcast, Just Mike's Podcast.

Speaker 2

Shout Out his podcast you never Know, You Know, That's what you never know.

Speaker 3

Johnny was on there and started saying things that he wished he handled things better. In Cleveland and one thing led to do another, and he said he wasted two years of your life. Like when you hear stuff like that guy with talent like he did in college and obviously it was what it was when he when you know, when he was at Cleveland and in the NFL, what do you think about that kind of stuff? Do you have any animosity towards him? No?

Speaker 5

I like Johnny a lot.

Speaker 4

I even liked him when he was my teammate, even.

Speaker 5

Though he was doing knucklehead stuff like showing up drunk to meetings and practice and not giving any sort of eff I mean, that's just who he was. And you try to help him, and he had people around him that were trying to help him, but he just didn't want to.

Speaker 4

Be helped at the time.

Speaker 5

And I feel honestly worse for him because he squandered an incredible opportunity. He had incredible ability. He was super smart. Obviously we all know about what he did in college, and if you would have just applied himself a little bit, he could still be playing in the NFL.

Speaker 4

He might have still be the Browns quarterback because he had that type of talent.

Speaker 5

And so if anything, I appreciate that he can look back on his career in Cleveland and in hindsight say he wished he would have done things differently, because clearly he should have. But I feel bad for him because now he's in some football league I never heard of, like trying to scratch and causeway to get back into what like the CFL, like where that's where he wants to be in a couple of years. Like I feel bad for a guy that squandered that much of an opportunity.

Speaker 3

Do you think there's a way he makes it back to the NFL or is that ship definitely sailed at this point?

Speaker 5

It's at this point I got to think it's sale because he's not a young buck anymore, and he's had so many trials and tribulations and so many opportunities. He would have to be absolutely lighting things on fire at several different leagues before the NFL would even consider to look at him again. And even if he did get to that point, I think there's always going to be this dark cloud over his head, like, Hey, what happens if he does takee success again in the NFL, he

gets back to the NFL? Is he going to go back to his old ways. You know, he had a lot of issues that I'm sure he's talked about with, you know, addiction and you know, bad people like around him kind of influencing him. And you you always wonder is he going to kind of go back to that life if he has some success thing gets back into the NFL.

Speaker 3

No question, I believe that.

Speaker 2

I mean I'm not sure if it'll happen or not, but yeah, no doubt.

Speaker 5

I would bet that he's going to be in the NFL. But like I said, I really like Johnny. He's still a friend of mine. You know, all of us have different demons that we throughout our life, and you know, he fought a lot of them.

Speaker 4

Unfortunately he did.

Speaker 3

He did, and having success that young is really I mean, there's not a lot of childhood stars that do well, right, like the kid from Yeah that guys, he said, the.

Speaker 2

Kids from Home alone, right, and men's hell.

Speaker 3

When we were in college at the same time, I was around him in a couple of different functions and it was just like dude's big swinging dick, like just absolutely crushing it. Kid, do no wrong. We are at a banquet together and he was had wine in a dixie Cup, and I was like, Oh, this dude just does what he wants, just does whatever he wants, crushing it so and honestly.

Speaker 5

I think, you know, he probably had a lot of enablers in college and in high school that never came down hard with discipline, saying Johnny, you can't do that shit, and then just one thing leads to another and its snowballs and it doesn't affect his success because he was he had great success on the field, and all the coaches that are relying on him going out and succeeding so that he can pay their salaries.

Speaker 4

They're not saying anything to him.

Speaker 5

So if nobody's ever going to say anything to get him to stop, it's just going to keep getting worse and worse until you get to the NFL, and it's too late at that point, dude.

Speaker 1

A lot of young guys have I feel like, can have that issue or be victim of that, because your environments kind of shapes your path and stuff, and guys just surround themselves with, like you were saying, enablers and you can just get in the snowball, and a lot of young guys struggle with that. It's always something you try and preach the rookies or anything else. Is like surrounding yourself with the right people. And it seemed like, you know, Johnny struggled with doing that, So.

Speaker 4

Why are you hanging out with Taylor? Then that's what I want.

Speaker 2

He's a change man, Joe. I've met a lot of his stuff together, trust me, Joe.

Speaker 1

I was on the I was on the Raiders last year and there's a couple guys that played at Michigan with Taylor and they were asking me all these hilarious questions.

Speaker 2

Yeah, sorry about that. Sorry, but we do love you, but thank you.

Speaker 1

And I run into some of his old teammates at Michigan and old friends that they knew a different tailor in college. Different and They'll be like, oh, he's not still doing this, And I'm like, dude, I don't even know that Taylor. Like I've never even met that Taylor. So it seems like I'm surrounding myself with a good person.

Speaker 2

Yes, I tell you what.

Speaker 3

The key to happiness in life is low expectations. As Will's definitely nailed that on the head. He's been doing a great job with that. I have I have changed Joe. Well, first off, I had my ship together. When we met, I was, uh, now, let me tell you something.

Speaker 2

Let me tell you something, the.

Speaker 5

Measure of low expectations there.

Speaker 3

I was just happy to be around the boys, man. I was happy to share those experiences with you. And you know what, Yes, we're over here at the Tennessee Titans. They enjoy their left tackle. Maybe not as much as the Cleveland Browns enjoyed theirs, but they're they're doing. They're happy, all right. I'm like the knockoff costco version. You buy me in bulk, all right. But we can't all be Joe Thomas. I'm working on a baby.

Speaker 2

We may we thank you so much for on, hang on, hang on, hang on.

Speaker 1

I just want to ask them one more. We have one more question for you than you're on it because I enjoy following you. You're what is your follow Joe Thomas. Uh Thomas Thomas the number.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I.

Speaker 1

Enjoyed keeping up with you because I mean, obviously you're a legend on the field, but you've you've kind of mastered and we're actually in an email thread together with old Eric Serrano and I see you post. That's actually how I knew you were in the Keto game. But what are you up to now? Like, what are you doing? We know you have a heart, we know you have a hard stop time coming up for NFL Network. What are you doing now with the boys in the NFL Network?

Speaker 5

Yeah? I love it.

Speaker 4

I feel like I got the best gig in the world because I don't have to work on weekends.

Speaker 5

I just work Thursday Night Football and I get to outside of the COVID stuff.

Speaker 4

I get to travel to all the cool cities across.

Speaker 5

The country and go hang out, do pregame shows, do postgame shows for Thursday Night football, and then go home and hang out on the weekends with the boys.

Speaker 2

Yeah. I love that. With what's your whiskey choice? Are you a whiskey guy? Are you tequila?

Speaker 5

So just kind of like everything in life, I'm a big variety guy and it kind of depends on when you catch me.

Speaker 4

But lately I've been drinking a lot of bourbon.

Speaker 2

What's the go to bourbon?

Speaker 5

You know? I had an old Forester, solid, solid, really good, So I had a few of those and then I always end up just like kind of devolving into beer because that's just where.

Speaker 4

I cut my teeth when I was a youth in Wisconsin.

Speaker 5

It's like I crash and burn into like whatever beers in my fridge, usually bush light.

Speaker 2

I love that bush light.

Speaker 1

That is a yeah, humble beginnings bush light, Dude, that's where you know you grew up.

Speaker 3

It doesn't hold a candle to Hams, but it is still a great.

Speaker 4

I love your mod your Hams.

Speaker 3

Thank you. It was a gift from our young book, Josh Butler. Back here it was uh and I'm also wearing the hat. I know devil's in the details, Joe, but it's it's a beautiful thing.

Speaker 2

It's a great.

Speaker 3

It was my college beer.

Speaker 5

My dad had a Hams beer sign in our basement in college. It was like a picture of the north Woods that had like a waterfall that was lit up.

Speaker 3

It was fantastic, unbelievable. I'll send you a picture of the one I have at my house. It's got a bear. Absolutely, we will send you that.

Speaker 5

Speaker 1
