Bus An agent talks with Barstool, goes up that ladder because there's obviously more involved than just Barseol, Like it's Barseool and then it's pen National Gaming. So there's intricacies in the contract that involves both of them.

So barcel can be good, but then they have to go up.

The ladder with pen on making sure that this is all viable because I'm willing to terminate certain agreements, divesting certain.

Compensation to play and be eligible for your ten.

And once that letter gets reviewed and check marked by Pin, we now hold the letter again. We give it to the league as a draft, as a draft up to make sure the league thinks it's compliant with the league rules.

Then we take the draft back.

Then we pick up the phone, Hey, Falcons, are we still trying to make this happen.
