The Federal Government’s new compulsory company directors’ register will be a good thing for small businesses and sole traders. That’s according to Anne Nalder, the CEO of the Small Business Association of Australia. The directors of every company – large and small — are being required to personally register in the new system, which Anne Nalder is calling a necessary evil.
