Casey Willetts and her husband, Jesse, make chips, granola and muesli from naturally grown coconuts close to their home in Port Macquarie in far north Queensland. Television appearances and awards have helped build the reputation of their label. Despite offers to stock the shelves of the big supermarkets, Casey and her husband are not looking to expand.
